Traditionally, albums were used to organize photos, and scrapbooks and files were used to organize newspapers, documents, etc. However, conventional album books are organized by pasting them on using glue or corners, or by holding them on a mount with plastic film, but the former method is inconvenient due to the use of glue and corners, so it has recently become less popular. is not used very often, and the latter has come to be used exclusively due to the convenience of simply rolling up and holding the plastic film.

However, even with this type of paper that is sandwiched between a plastic film and a mount, the clamping force is not strong, so there is a risk that the photo may slip through. To prevent this, the mount is made of plastic and has removability. There have been proposals for attaching photographs, etc. with adhesive; for example,
It is disclosed in Publication No. 116017. however,
This does not solve the above-mentioned inconvenience of using glue, and in the case of thin paper such as newspaper clippings, the adhesive force is strong, so it is practically impossible to peel them off freely.

Therefore, as seen in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Application No. 51-96928 and Utility Model Application No. 56-146575, a plastic film is charged with static electricity to make it adsorbable to a mount, and a photograph, etc., is sandwiched between the film and the mount. An album was suggested that should be kept in . However, in general, static electricity decreases over time and the adhesive force disappears, so it is not possible to hold photos etc. between the mounts with stable force over a long period of time, and the photos etc. may fall out of the album. There was a problem with putting it away.

This vinyl chloride film with persistent electrostatic adhesion was previously proposed by the present inventor in Japanese Patent Application No. 138537/1983 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 30940/1983), and has a remarkable ability to trap electric charge. It is a film that promotes the infiltration and diffusion of charges, and has a small ability to seep out and diffuse charges, and forms a unidirectional charge transfer layer on the film surface, especially on the friction surface of the film, so that static electricity persists for a long time.
It has the ability to uniformly disperse charges within the volume and improve charge dispersibility within the resin.

In general, in order for a film or sheet to be able to retain a large amount of charge, it is desirable that the charge not be present only on the surface of the film or sheet but be diffused into its interior. In order to prevent static electricity from decreasing over time, it is desirable that the film or sheet material traps the charges. In other words, if the quantity of electricity easily permeates and diffuses into the volume and is trapped at the diffusion position, the quantity of electricity per unit weight is becomes larger, and because it penetrates and diffuses into the volume, the distribution state when viewed from the surface becomes closer to a uniform state than in the conventional case where only the surface is charged. Furthermore, since the charges trapped within the volume are in a kind of electret state, there is no fear that they will decrease over time.

Therefore, a promoting material that promotes the infiltration and diffusion of charges into the interior and a charge trapping material that prevents charges from being reduced due to the charges that have penetrated and diffused into the interior leaking out again are mixed into the vinyl chloride resin. if,
It is possible to produce films and sheets that have a much better sustained electrostatic adhesion than conventional ones. However, a material that promotes the infiltration and diffusion of charges into the interior naturally also promotes the infiltration and diffusion of charges from the inside to the outside, and therefore does not provide long-term electrostatic adhesion. From this point of view, the charge trapping material must be unidirectional, that is, a material that promotes infiltration and diffusion similar to a rectifying action, but has a low percolation and diffusion ability, and has an excellent charge trapping ability. Expressed in equivalent terms in terms of an electric circuit, the charges trapped inside form a capacitor between the surface to be adhered to, such as a mount, and the facing surface, i.e. the expression of the film, and the insulation resistance of the capacitor is rectified. It must have effective resistance properties.

And, the patent application proposed by the present inventor in 1983-
The vinyl chloride film containing medium molecular weight organic ketone disclosed in No. 138537 exhibits extremely remarkable charge trapping performance, charge penetration/diffusion performance, and rectifying resistance properties, and is stable for a long period of time. It shows a long-lasting electrostatic adhesion force. The storage body shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 using such a vinyl chloride film having a persistent electrostatic adhesive force has a vinyl chloride film 3 having a persistent electrostatic adhesive force attached to and detached from at least one side (preferably both sides) of a mount 2. The stored item P is adsorbed to the vinyl chloride film 3 between the mount 2 and the vinyl chloride film 3, and is also attached to the mount 2, and the stored item P is held between the mount 2 and the mount 2. A plurality of storage bodies 1 are formed into a book shape.

According to such a storage body, vinyl chloride film 3
has an electrostatic adhesion force, so it attracts static electricity to the mount 2 and firmly holds the stored items P. Roll up the vinyl chloride film 3, place the stored items P such as photos and documents on top of the vinyl chloride film 3, and then wrap the vinyl chloride film 3. It can be easily stored by simply putting film 3 back in place.
On the contrary, it is extremely preferable because the stored items can be easily taken out and it can be used repeatedly and repeatedly.

However, since the stored object P is held down and supported only by the electrostatic adhesive force of the vinyl chloride film 3,
The user may be worried that the stored item P may fall out, and if the stored item P is heavier than the electrostatic adhesion of the vinyl chloride film 3, it will fall off, so thick items cannot be stored. It has the disadvantages of limiting the things that can be stored and reducing the variety of things that can be stored.

The covering sheet 13 of the storage body 11 is
A stored item P such as a photograph is positioned between the cover sheet 13 and the covered sheet 13, and the stored item P is attracted to the covering sheet 13 by the adsorption force of the covering sheet 13 and is supported by being pressed against the mount 12. The mount 1 is large enough to cover almost the entire surface of the mount 12, as shown in FIG.
2 with an adhesive 15, or as shown in FIG. The covering sheet 13 is normally provided on both sides of the mount 12, but it can also be used on only one side.

In addition, the plastic film sealing piece 1
4, the covering sheet 1 is placed on one end side of the mount 12;
The plastic film sealing piece 14 and the covering sheet 13 overlap with each other to seal the expandable free end of the covering sheet 13,
This completely prevents the stored items P from falling out due to the suction force of the covering sheet 13. Sealing piece 14
is provided by folding back from the side edge of the mount 12 over both sides of the mount 12, as shown in FIG. Further, the sealing piece 14 may be provided as a separate piece. Since the sealing piece 14 is polymerized with the cover sheet 13 and sealed by mutual electrostatic adhesion, it is preferably formed of a plastic film having electrostatic adhesion.

Static electricity in the cover sheet 13 is generated when the cover sheet 13 for storing photographs, etc. is peeled off from the mount 12, and when the cover sheet 13 is removed from the mount 1 after being stored.
This occurs due to friction when polymerized on 2 and pressed.

Therefore, after positioning the stored item P on the mount 12, when the peeled covering sheet 13 is returned and pressed, the covering sheet 13 will statically adhere to the mount 12 surface and the stored item P, and hold down the stored item. In addition, the expandable free end of the covering sheet 13 is
Since the covering sheet 13 and the sealing piece 14 are overlapped and overlapped by the sealing piece 14 provided at one side end of the mount 12 and adsorbed to each other, they are surely sealed and the stored items P are firmly held without falling out.

In this case, the covering sheet 1 having electrostatic adhesion
3 and the plastic film sealing piece 14 may be placed on top, but if the plastic film sealing piece 14 is rolled up and overlapped on the cover sheet 13 as shown in FIGS. 7 and 5, then the polymerization is performed. This is preferable because the cover sheet 13 is pressed from above so that it does not peel off, but on the other hand, it is troublesome to roll up the sealing piece 14 once and superpose it on the cover sheet 13, and as shown in FIG. In the opposite case, this step is not required. In any case, there is no significant difference in the effect of mutual adsorption and sealing.
