[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to an impact tool such as an ax or a hammer that applies an impact to break or hammer a workpiece.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION It is known that conventionally used axes and hammers have a straight handle engaged with an impact portion.

However, in these conventional devices, when the impact portion collides with an article, the vibrations generated by the collision are not sufficiently dissipated, and most of the vibrations are transmitted to the handle, often resulting in numbness in the hand holding the handle or breakage of the handle. This phenomenon has the disadvantage that the impacting device may fly off from the user's hand, posing a danger to others.

The present invention was developed in view of the above, and the purpose is to prevent the large vibrations generated at the impact part from spreading to the hand holding the handle when using the impact tool.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention has an impact part 2 at the tip of the handle 1 that applies an impact to a workpiece such as an ax or a hammer, and a gap between the impact part of the handle 1 and the grip part 1a. A crank-shaped buffer section 3 is provided which bends in a step shape when the handle 1 is directed in the direction in which the impact section 2 acts on the workpiece.

In this invention, in order to prevent the large impact generated when the impact part 2 collides with the article from being transmitted to the hand holding the handle 1, the buffer part 3 acts as follows.
In other words, the vibration from the blade section (acting section) 21 of the impacting section 2 is transmitted toward the head section 22 on the opposite side as shown by the arrow, and is radiated directly from the head section 22 to the outside. , the core 1 of the handle 1 engaged with the impact part 2
It is divided into those that are transmitted from 1 to the handle 1 side, but the distribution ratio is that most of it is distributed to the core 1 1 side, and there is little that is transmitted to the outside.

This caused the hands to become numb or the handle to break when conventional products were struck with great force.

By the way, in the case of the present invention, the magnitude of the vibration received by the core 11 is the same as that of the conventional product, but only a small amount is radiated from the head 22 , and most of it is transmitted through the core 11 to the handle 1 side. However, since the handle 1 has a step-shaped crank-shaped buffer section 3 between the impact section 2 and the grip section 13 , the vibration is transmitted to the foot section 12 following the core 11 . At the border, the vibration is radiated outward in the extension direction of the core 1 1 , reducing the strength of the vibration and continuing to be transmitted to the foot 1 2 , but even in this foot 1 2 , the vibration still remains At the boundary between the grip part 1 3 and the foot part 1 2
is dissipated outward in the direction of extension of the gripping portion 13, further reducing its strength and preventing any adverse effects such as numbness on the hand that grips the gripping portion 13 or causing accidents such as breakage of the gripping portion 1.

Fig. 1 is a front view of the hatchet, Fig. 2 is a plan view, and Fig. 3 is a side view seen from the end of the handle. In the figure, 1 is a handle made of engineering plastic such as nylon resin. , At the tip part, a crank-shaped buffer part 3 is composed of the core 1 1 and the foot part 1 2 , and 2 is made to collide with a tree, etc., and the blade part 2 1 cuts into the wood etc. by the impact. Head 2 at the blade body (impact part)
2 is provided with a handle hole 23 , and the handle hole 23 of the blade body (impact part) 2 is provided with the core 11 of the handle 1, and the foot part 12 of the crank-shaped buffer part 3 is the blade body. (Impact part) 2 is engaged in the direction in which it acts on the workpiece.

Note that since the embodiment is a hatchet, the impact portion 2 is a blade, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and it goes without saying that various impact tools such as a hammer or a chisel with a handle can be applied. Further, the handle of the above-mentioned impact tool may be entirely made of engineering plastic such as nylon resin, but in another embodiment, only the buffer section 3 is made of the above-mentioned engineering plastic, and the other parts, that is, the gripping section 1 3 may be made of wood such as oak, and the two may be combined and integrated to form the handle 1. In short, the impact part 2 is attached to the core of the handle 1, which has a crank-shaped buffer part 3 at the tip. Any material that can be engaged is fine.

As described above, in the present invention, when the impact part 2 collides with an object, the strong vibration generated by the collision is dissipated to the outside of the handle 1 by the crank-shaped buffer part 3 of the handle 1. The vibration transmitted to the grip part 13 can be reduced as much as possible, and the hand gripping the grip part 13 will not become numb due to the vibration. Therefore, unlike conventional methods in which the force of hitting an object is limited because the hand becomes numb if the hit is too strong, the ability to hit the object is not limited by the force of the hit, and it is possible to hit the object with force. This purpose can be efficiently achieved, and the impact device can be safely used without causing damage to others due to the hand becoming numb or the handle breaking due to impact when hitting an object. has.
