Problems that the invention aims to solve: However, since torso tightening bands such as those around the hip joint or the waist are generally wide, wearing them for a long period of time can cause damage to the skin. There is a risk that the skin may become stuffy, have poor blood circulation, cause swelling, eczema, and other disorders similar to bedsores, or may cause abnormalities in various tissues under the skin, such as nerve tissues, blood vessels, and sweating tissues. It was hot. The present invention aims to improve the fabric structure of the elastic band for tightening the torso, which may cause abnormalities and disorders of the skin tissue, so that even if the band is worn for a long time, these abnormalities and disorders will not occur on the skin surface on which it is worn. The purpose is to make it less likely to occur.

Means and Effects for Solving the Problems The present invention has a thick thread rubber as a core and thin fibers spirally arranged around the warp that belongs to one warp group during shedding operation during weaving. In addition to arranging the elastic yarn 1 which is wound in several layers and having a rich elasticity, the warp which belongs to the other warp group side during the shedding operation during weaving has a spiral shape or alternately repeats peaks and valleys. By using an aggregate of flexible synthetic fibers that are turned and heat-set into a continuous shape and have rich elasticity in the length direction, the protrusions 5 are dotted at appropriate intervals in the fabric structure. This is a band material 2 of an elastic band for tightening the torso, which is characterized by the following.

The band material 2 having such a woven structure is made of elastic yarn 1.
Originally, compared to the weft yarn, which is an aggregate of thin raw material fibers, and the warp yarns other than the elastic yarn 1, even if it has elasticity, it has poor flexibility, and especially when the elastic yarn 1 is stretched, it becomes stiff and straight thin rod-shaped. As it becomes a material, the weft threads on top of it are pushed up higher, so as shown in Figures 1 and 2, each overlapping part of the weft threads that overlaps orthogonally to the elastic threads as part of the warp threads. There is a considerable height difference between the weft and other weave parts, and each overlapping part of the weft that overlaps the elastic thread 1 is a convex part 5 in the band fabric weave.
At the same time, there is a thick elastic thread that forms such a protrusion in the warp, which runs along the side of the elastic thread 1, and which becomes part of the other warp group during shedding operation during weaving. Since there are no threads, the distance between the protrusions 5 in the length direction of the weft can be made wide as appropriate; however, when the band fabric 2 is stretched in the length direction of the warp, the distance between each weft Naturally, the spacing between the protrusions 5 becomes wider and the spacing between the protrusions 5 in the longitudinal direction of the warp becomes appropriately wider, so the band fabric 2 is stretched in the longitudinal direction of the warp. A large number of convex portions 5 are formed on the band surface 2 at appropriate intervals in both the vertical and horizontal directions. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, for example, an elastic band for tightening the torso is constructed such that the band fabric 2 stretches in the longitudinal direction of the warp, and the elastic band tightens the torso around the hip joint of the person 3. When tightening the body directly or over underwear 4 such as thin pants, the scattered protrusions 5 are the parts that strongly contact the human skin surface, while the parts other than those protrusions are tightened. The woven fabric of the band material stands out from the skin surface, and the areas where the skin surface is strongly pressed are limited to small, scattered areas, and most of the skin surface is largely unaffected by the band. Various skin functions will be maintained in their normal state without constant exposure, and the occurrence of disorders similar to bedsores and other disorders in nerves, blood circulation, etc. will be prevented.

The scattered areas of the skin that are strongly pressed by each convex part 5 will also move as appropriate due to the gap between the band and the skin each time you move your body.
There is also no fear that only the scattered pressed areas will be seriously damaged.

In addition, the core of the elastic threads 1 arranged in the warp of the band fabric 2 is made of thread rubber, and the fibers wound around it are also spiral-shaped and stretchable. There is no problem with its elasticity, and because the fibers are wrapped around it, the rubber core rarely comes into direct contact with human skin, making it less likely to cause skin problems. It is effective for The warp threads other than the elastic threads 1 are made of an aggregate of flexible synthetic fibers that are heat-set in a spiral shape and have rich elasticity in the length direction, so they may interfere with the elasticity of the band fabric 2. In addition, when the band material is stretched, the fluffy and flexible form of the fibers, such as a spiral shape, is not lost even if it is stretched into a thin strip, so it does not stiffen when stretched. It is useful for forming a part on the surface of a textile tissue that has no risk of creating rough protrusions 5 on the surface of the textile tissue and has no risk of causing skin damage even if it comes into contact with the skin, unlike the elastic thread 1. Become.

Example 1 As shown in Fig. 1, the warp that becomes one warp group side during shedding operation when weaving a fabric is moved to A in Fig. 3.
Alternatively, flexible warp yarns 8 made of an aggregate of synthetic fibers 7 that are heat-set into a spiral shape or a series of alternating peaks and valleys as shown in B and have rich elasticity in the length direction. , as shown in Figure 4, is made of a rubber thread as a core, around which thin synthetic fibers are wound in several layers in a spiral pattern, making it thick and highly elastic (the chain line in Figure 4 shows when it is stretched) The elastic yarns 1 (showing the state of A band with a woven fabric structure as shown in FIG. 1 is obtained by plain weaving using a flexible material made of an aggregate of synthetic fibers 7 having rich properties and using a flexible thread, which is an aggregate of linear synthetic fibers, as the weft 12. It is set as 2.

For example, when constructing an elastic band 10 for tightening the torso that can be tightened around the waist and lower abdomen at the hip joint of a human being, as shown in FIG. 5, using such a band material 2, for example, In the fabric structure of the band material 2, each overlapping portion 5 of the weft threads 12 that overlap each elastic thread 1 in a perpendicular manner forms convex portions 5 scattered at appropriate intervals and makes point contact with the skin surface that the band contacts. While applying strong pressure to the skin, other parts of the fabric structure are raised above the skin surface, thereby protecting the entire skin surface from various disorders.

Example 2 As shown in Fig. 2, synthetic fibers were spirally wrapped around a thread rubber core as shown in Fig. 4 on the warp that becomes one warp group side during shedding operation when weaving a fabric. A thick and highly stretchable elastic yarn 1 is used, which is wound in several layers, and the warp that belongs to the other warp group during the shedding operation is attached to A or B in Fig. 3. The flexible warp yarns 9 are made of a wide aggregate of synthetic fibers 7 that are heat-set into a spiral shape or a series of alternating peaks and valleys as shown in the figure, and have rich elasticity in the length direction. At the same time, a thread which is an aggregate of flexible linear synthetic fibers is used as the weft thread 12, and is plain woven to form a band material 2 having a woven structure as shown in FIG.
The band material constitutes an elastic band for tightening the torso.

In this case as well, the overlapping portions of the weft yarns 12 that overlap each elastic yarn 1 orthogonally in the fabric structure of the band material 2 become convex portions 5 scattered at appropriate intervals, and are caused by the pressure of the band as described above. It becomes possible to prevent the occurrence of skin disorders.

Effects of the invention As is clear from the foregoing, when the band material of the present invention is used as an elastic band for tightening the torso, each convex part of the band material 2 is formed at appropriate intervals. Only the part 5 presses strongly against the skin, while the other band tissue parts stand out from the skin surface and touch the skin lightly, and the skin is pressed by each protruding part 5. Since the dots also move appropriately according to the movement of the body, it is possible to improve the ventilation of the skin surface that the band contacts, and to reduce the risk of damaging tissues such as nerves and blood vessels in the skin. The effect is remarkable, as it can prevent damage to the skin similar to pressure sores and damage to tissues such as nerves and blood vessels.
