子を有しかつ上記入力信号回路および負荷制御回
路が内蔵された端子台と、この端子台に着脱可能
に装着されかつ上記負荷制御回路に分離可能に電
気的に接続される半導体パワー素子が内蔵された
パワー素子ユニツトと、上記半導体パワー素子と
電源との間に介挿されたヒユーズとを備え、上記
ヒユーズの溶断を表示する表示素子と上記ヒユー
ズとを上記パワー素子ユニツトに内蔵したことを
