As shown in FIG. 7, the spherical aberration causes a problem in that the vicinity of both ends of the irradiation pattern 5 in the longitudinal direction is blurred and the contour line is not clear. In FIG. 6, a reflector plate 8 is disposed around the lamp 1, and is formed to concentrate the light of the lamp 1 forward.

(Example) Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the lens system 2 is composed of two lenses, a front lens 6 and a rear lens 7, as shown in FIG. The basic configuration has been explained in the background art section and will therefore be omitted.

The irradiation pattern 5 of the mask 3 is set to be focused on the irradiation surface that is a distance L away from the mask 3. With this setting, assuming that a light source exists on the irradiation surface, the light from each light source passes through the lens system 2 and forms a condensing point near the mask 3. Assuming that light sources are present in each part of the irradiation surface, connecting these focal points will form a curved surface. In other words, a spherical aberration curved surface of the lens system 2 is obtained. However, since light can be considered to be reversible, if it is assumed that the light is irradiated from on this spherical aberration curved surface, the aberration on the irradiated surface will be eliminated. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the portion of the mask 3 where the slit 4 is formed is formed in a shape that matches the spherical aberration curved surface. Normally, this curved surface is considered to be part of a spherical surface, and the constant of lens system 2 (the focal length of each lens is fixed, so the distance between each lens and the mask) and the distance L from mask 3 to the irradiation surface Since the radius R and the depth H change when , the shape of the mask 3 is set in advance in accordance with the constant of the lens system 2 and the distance L. By drilling slits 4 corresponding to the desired shape of the irradiation pattern 5 in the curved portion of the mask 3 formed as described above, it is possible to obtain the irradiation pattern 5 without bleeding at the periphery, and the stage illumination The desired effect can be obtained in such cases.

As mentioned above, the present invention includes a lamp as a light source,
It consists of a lens system placed in front of the lamp, and a mask interposed between the lamp and the lens system with a slit for setting the irradiation pattern.
Since the mask is formed to have a curved surface that matches the spherical aberration curved surface of the lens system, the irradiation pattern corresponding to the slit of this mask has the advantage that there is no blurring at the periphery and the outline is clear.
