Conventionally, large-scale weighing devices such as those described above have been custom-made and designed and manufactured with their rated load, dimensions, etc., in accordance with the user's requests. However, if the weighing device is designed and manufactured as a custom-made product in accordance with the user's requirements, it has the disadvantage of not being mass-producible and being expensive. Also, as the area of the weighing platform becomes larger, the structural members need to be thicker. However, there were disadvantages in that the height of the weighing device, that is, the height from the floor to the weighing platform, was high, the weight was large, and transportation, installation, maintenance, etc. were inconvenient. Furthermore, since it was a custom-made product, it took time to design and manufacture, making it impossible to shorten the delivery time.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks, reduces the time required for design and manufacture, is suitable for mass production, can be manufactured at low cost, is easy to transport, install and maintain, and is a measuring device. An object of the present invention is to provide a measuring device that can keep the height dimension of the weighing device low.

By configuring the weighing device as described above, by adding a weighing unit and a stay, it is possible to provide a weighing device having a weighing platform of any size very easily and at low cost. Furthermore, since the weighing unit can be mass-produced with only the length of the stay being custom-made, costs can be sufficiently reduced and delivery times can be improved. Furthermore, if the weighing unit, stay, and weighing table plate are mass-produced as standard products, delivery time can be shortened, and transportation, installation, and maintenance can be facilitated. Further, even if the area of the weighing platform is increased, the height of the weighing device can be kept low without increasing it.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing another example of the configuration of the measuring device according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, in the weighing unit 1 used in this embodiment, eight stay attachment members 41 are provided on the base plate 42 of the important point 40 at equal intervals on the same circumference. There are two types of stays 4 that connect the weighing units 1 and the important points 40 of the weighing units 1: those arranged vertically and horizontally, and those arranged diagonally. A hole is provided in the board 42 through which the stay attachment member 41 provided above passes, and the stay attachment member 41 is fitted into the hole to connect the important point 40 between the adjacent weighing units 1. Although the weighing device having the structure shown in FIG. 2 can form a rectangular platform scale with the simplest arrangement of the stays 4, it is likely to be deformed into a diamond shape. In the measuring device shown in FIG. 3, a long stay 4 that can be arranged diagonally is added to compensate for the drawbacks of FIG. 2 and also for reinforcement. The measuring device of FIG. 4 is simpler than that of FIG. 3 in that it can be constructed with stays 4 of the same size, but they cannot be made rectangular. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6b, if two mounting holes and two pins or screws are used to connect one end of the stay 4 and the board 42, the structure of the stay 4 as shown in FIG. 2 can also be deformed into a diamond shape. It can be held down.

FIG. 5 is a diagram showing another example of the configuration of the important point 40 of the weighing unit 1 used in the weighing device according to the present invention. As shown in the figure, the base plate 42 of the important point 40 has a stay attachment member 4 made of a pin or screw.
Eight mounting holes 46 into which the mounting holes 5 are inserted or screwed are formed at equal intervals on the sides of the square shape, and one in the center.
By configuring the base plate 42 as described above, the base plate 42 is positioned as much as possible inside the stay 4 as shown in FIG. Furthermore, the weighing unit 1 located at the corner is arranged so that the board 42 is located as close to the inside of the stay 4 as possible, as shown in FIG. 5b.

It is a sectional arrow view on A. As shown in the figure, a cross-shaped groove 48 into which the end of the stay 4 fits is formed in the base plate 42 of the important point 40, and a convex portion 47 is formed in a predetermined portion of the groove 48. On the other hand, a recess 4a into which the projection 47 fits is formed near the end of the stay 4. By inserting the stay 4 into the groove 48 of the substrate 42 so that the concave portion 4a fits into the convex portion 47, the stay 4 is inserted into the important point 4 of the weighing unit 1.
It can be stably placed at 0. Further, since the groove 48 is formed in the substrate 42 and the stay 4 is inserted into the groove 48, the height of the measuring unit 1 can be reduced.

FIG. 8 is a diagram showing another example of the configuration of the measuring device according to the present invention, in which FIG. 8A is a plan view and FIG. 8B is a sectional side view. In this embodiment, as shown in the figure, the board 42 of the focal point 40 of the weighing unit 1 is square, and stay mounting members 45 made of pins or screws are fitted to the board 42 parallel to each side and spaced at equal intervals. A mounting hole 46 into which it is inserted or screwed is formed.

By configuring the board 42 of the important point 40 as described above, when the weighing unit 1 is placed in a corner, the stay 4 is placed outside the board 42 and the stay mounting member 45 is inserted into the mounting hole 46 on the outside. Fixed by being inserted or screwed together. The structure of the stay 4 is such that the thickness of the center portion is larger than that of the end portions in order to strengthen the rigidity of the center portion. Further, an auxiliary stay 9 is arranged between the center portions of the stays 4 arranged laterally. In this example as well, a weighing table plate 6 is placed above the stay 4.

In addition, in the case of FIGS. 2 and 8, the area around the weighing table plate 6 is shaped like a skirt with the measuring table plate 6 falling down, but it may also be a flat, uncut plate.
To add the weighing unit 1, stay 4, and weighing table plate 6 as shown in Fig. 2, use the uncut weighing table plate 6.
It is more convenient to combine them.
