封室に排気管を連結し、該排気管の他端部を液貯
蔵容器の底面から貫通してその先端部を液面より
若干突出させるとともに、該排気管の先端部には
外周下端部が液内に浸漬する蓋体を被せ、該蓋体
には所定の内圧がかかると浮上して排気管内の空
気を逃がす機構を具備させたことを特徴とする材
