【考案の詳細な説明】 (イ) 産業上の利用分野 本考案はピンの結合を簡単にして作業を能率的
にすることを目的としたピンの結合装置に関する
ものである。

はブラケツトとボスとの間の間隙を調整する為一
側のブラケツトとボスとの間にピンに挿通して調
整部材を設け、前記ボスを上記調整部材と他側の
ブラケツトによつて挾着した状態で調整部材を固
定する為の固定部材とから構成されたものである
が、この種のものはピンを結合する場合、ブラケ
ツトの穴とボスの穴並びに調整部材との穴が合致
しないピンの結合が出来ない為之等の穴を合致さ
せなければならないが、この手段は作業上極めて
煩わしいばかりでなく能率をも低下する欠点があ
るものである。

定すればボス1は一方のブラケツト2に正確に結
合されるから、上記と同じ様にボスの穴3の他端
を他方のブラケツト2の穴3に合致させ、之に左
右対称的に形成したテーパー状のピンの胴部6を
嵌合してフランジの頭部aを止螺子6によりブラ
ケツト2に固定すれば、ボスは他方のブラケツト
に正確に結合されるものである。

てもピンの挿入によりずれを矯正しながらピンの
結合を行なうことが出来るから、ピンの結合に煩
わしさを感ずることなく容易に行なうことが出来
るから、ピンの結合装置として大きな効果を発揮
するものである。
