て、 前記ネツクピースは、互に別体に形成したネツ
クピース本体と俯仰回動片とを回転自在に連結し
て構成し、 前記ネツクピース本体には前記スピンドルを装
着すると共に前記ネツクピース本体と俯仰回動片
とを一体連動状態と別体単動状態とに切替える切
替手段を設け、 前記俯仰回動片には前記バランスバネを内装
し、 前記ネツクピース本体を別体単動状態で水平線
に対し上方へほぼ90度回動した状態でネツクピー
ス本体をネツクホルダーまたは俯仰位置決め板に
