離水流出部における分離水の水位を検出する分離
水水位検出装置を設けると共に、これら両検出装
置の検出信号に基づいてフロス層の上面位置と分
離水水位とのレベル差を演算し、かつフロスの掻
取り深さと掻取り頻度とを演算する制御装置とフ
ロス掻取機及び可動堰とを連絡してなることを特
