〔発明が解決しようとする課題]
前記両従来技(!41の自動包装方法は、フィルム原反

何等開示されていない。それ故、このテープシール装置
と前記フィルム原反の間において帯状フィルムの伸びた
たるみが生ずると開封テープの溶着位置にバラツキが生
し、包装体成形時において所望位置に開封テープが配設
されない問題点が生ずる。帯状フィルムのたるみは密封
フィルムのフィルム張力が低い場合に生ずるし、フィル
ム張力が高すぎることによりフィルムに伸びが生し、こ
れが変形しシワの原因となる場合がある。このため、フ
ィルム張力を所定範囲に保持する必要があるが、前記し
た如〈従来技術ではこの点に着目した技術は開示されて

ム張力を所定範囲に保持するようにした連続製袋包装方

置Iが係合しており、フィルム原反5の繰り出し軸13
に負荷されるブレーキ力を調整する。張力検出装置2は
フィルム原反5とニップローラ3間のフィルム張力を測
定するもので、その回転軸に係合するストレンジゲージ
等の検出手段によりフィルム張力を検出するように構成
される。張力検出装置2の検出値は信号としてブレーキ
量調整装置1に送られ、ブレーキ量調整装置lはこれに
基づいて繰り出し軸13のブレキカを調整する。繰り出
し軸13のブレーキ力が増加すればフィルム原反5とニ
ップロール3間のフィルム張力が増加し、これを減少さ
せればフィルム張力は低減する。張力検出装置2を図示
の位置としたのは、密封テープシール装置7と接触する

所定範囲に保持するようにしたことを特徴とする連続製
