Abstract

PURPOSE:To securely heat-seal an unsealing tape at a specified position, by measuring the film tension, adjusting the braking volume of the wound-off shaft of the film according to the measured figure, and keeping the value in a certain range. CONSTITUTION:The speed of a film belt 4 between a roll of film 5 and a nip- roller 3 is almost constant. An adjuster 1 of braking volume is fitted at the roll of film 5 to regulate the braking force action on the wound-off shaft 13 of the rolled film. A tension detector 2 is for the film tension between the roll of film 5 and the nip-roller 3 and the tension is detected by a detecting means such as a strain gauge fitted at the rotary shaft. The detected value of the tension detector 2 is transmitted to the adjuster 1 of the braking volume as a signal and the adjuster 1 regulates the braking force of the wound-off shaft 13 basing on the detected value. When the braking force of the wound-off shaft 13 increases, the tension between the roll of film 5 and the nip-roller 3 increases and when the braking force decreases, the tension decreases also. In this way, the sealing position of the unseal tape becomes constant.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the automatic packaging method of the above-mentioned conventional techniques (!41), a strip-shaped film is fed out from the original film to a folder via an intermediate roller, and a cylindrical package is made with the folder. Therefore, no technology has been disclosed regarding adjusting the film tension of the strip-shaped film. Therefore, if the strip-shaped film stretches and sag between this tape sealing device and the film base, the welding position of the opening tape may vary. This causes the problem that the tear tape is not placed at the desired position during packaging formation.Sagging of the strip film occurs when the film tension of the sealing film is low, and when the film tension is too high, the film does not stretch. This may deform and cause wrinkles. For this reason, it is necessary to maintain the film tension within a predetermined range, but as mentioned above, no prior art has disclosed any technology that focuses on this point.

In the present invention, tear tape is intermittently welded at predetermined positions on a continuous film strip, and the film is shaped into a cylinder, filled with contents, and sealed to create a package with tear tape attached. In the continuous bag making and packaging method, the film tension of the band-shaped film is measured between a sealing device that welds the original film of the band-shaped film and the opening tape, and a brake is applied to the unrolling shaft of the original film based on the measured tension value. This is a continuous bag making and packaging method in which the film tension of the film (i) is maintained within a predetermined range by adjusting the amount.

Since the nip roller 3 is configured to be fed at a circumferential speed that is substantially the same as the feeding speed of the strip-shaped film 4, the speed of the 4jF-shaped film 4 between the original film 5 and the nip roller 3 is substantially constant. A brake amount adjusting device I is engaged with the film roll 5, and a feed-out shaft 13 of the film roll 5 is engaged with the brake amount adjusting device I.
Adjust the brake force applied to the brake. The tension detection device 2 measures the film tension between the film original 5 and the nip roller 3, and is configured to detect the film tension using a detection means such as a strange gauge that engages with its rotating shaft. The detection value of the tension detection device 2 is sent as a signal to the brake amount adjustment device 1, and the brake amount adjustment device 1 adjusts the brake force of the feeding shaft 13 based on this. If the braking force of the feeding shaft 13 increases, the film tension between the film roll 5 and the nip roll 3 will increase, and if this is decreased, the film tension will decrease. The tension detecting device 2 is placed in the illustrated position because this is the most appropriate position before it comes into contact with the sealing tape sealing device 7 and where the film tension is measured at a high density.

It has been found in experimental civil engineering that the film tension is desirably in the range of 25 g to 50 g per width (cm) of the film 4. If it is less than 25 g, the strip film 4 tends to sag, and if it is more than 50 g, the strip film 4 tends to stretch and wrinkle.
