Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a heat-sterilizable printed container by ultrasonic-welding a label composed of an ultrasonic-sealable, uniaxially-oriented heat-shrinkage film with an internal printing after causing the label to heat-shrinkage-adhere to a body container. CONSTITUTION:A transparent uniaxial oriented film to which an internal photographic printing 3 is applied, is ultrasonic-welded to a multilayer body container 1, of which at least the outermost layer is composed of a heat-resistant resin layer of not less than 80 deg.C heat distortion temperature, and is fitted with a cylindrical label 2. Then, the obtained product is left as it is for 20 seconds in a 120 deg.C atmosphere so that the film completely adheres to the body container, and the bottom end 4 of the cylindrical label and the body container 1 are heat-welded by an ultrasonic welder. Thus, the body container 1 and the cylindrical label 2 adhere completely to each other to obtain a heat-sterilizable printed container.

τConventional techniques uj) Conventional printed containers for boilers and retorts are printed containers with curved surfaces printed on the container, and labels made of shrink film printed on the inside and coated with adhesive, which are heat-shrinked and adhered to the container. Printed containers, etc. have been adopted, but the former has problems with the heat resistance of the printing ink and the number of colors printed, making it impossible to print with a high-class feel, and the latter has problems with the heat resistance of the adhesive. There is a problem with the label, which often peels off or shifts when using the toilet, and if the label is too large, it does not stick to the bottom of the container stably. There are printed containers that are obtained by laminating the film with a printed film when it is in sheet form before printing, then releasing moisture to form a container, but it is impossible to calculate the elongation of the printing and it is impossible to obtain stable printing. Met.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As a result of studies to improve the drawbacks of conventional printed containers, the present invention has developed a label made of a uniaxially stretched heat shrink film with an inner print that can be ultrasonically sealed to the main container. The present invention provides a method for producing printed containers, such as boilers and retorts, which can be heat sterilized by ultrasonically welding the label after being brought into close contact or while being brought into close contact by heat shrinkage.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a main body container in which at least the outermost layer is made of a heat-resistant resin layer with a heat distortion temperature of 80° C. or higher, which can be ultrasonically welded to the uniaxially stretched heat-resistant resin with inner printing. After fitting a cylindrical label made of a resin film and heat-shrinking them to make a close contact, or while heat-shrinking them to make a close contact, the bottom or only the bottom end of the cylindrical label, or the bottom or the bottom end and the top end are ultrasonically welded. This is a method for manufacturing a printed container characterized by the following steps.

The material of the main container may be polypropylene, polyester, polycarbonate, or heat-resistant polyvinyl chloride resin, but if particularly barrier properties are required, the outermost layer is the above resin and the middle layer is ethylene acetic acid. Preferably, the layer is a barrier resin layer such as a saponified vinyl copolymer or a polyvinylidene chloride resin, or a metal layer such as aluminum, and the innermost layer is made of a multilayer material such as a resin that can be sealed with the lid material.

As the resin film used in the cylindrical label and which can be ultrasonically welded to the uniaxially stretched outermost layer, the same type of resin used for the outermost layer can be used. For example, a uniaxially stretched polypropylene film of 12 to 50 μm, a polycarbonate film, a polyester film, or when a heat insulating effect is required, a cylindrical label made of a polypropylene film with inner surface printing laminated with foam shrinkage polypropylene is used.

Moreover, the shrinkage rate and thickness can be variously changed depending on the sterilization conditions such as boiling and retorting. Since the label is printed on the inside, the printing ink will not peel off even if sterilized by boiling or retorting, and since the material is a transparent film, the surface appearance will be glossy, increasing the product value. It has become possible.

Furthermore, if it is necessary to print on the bottom of the main container, an 80' plate is printed on the inside surface and can be ultrasonically welded to the cylindrical label.
It is possible to attach a transparent resin film having a heat resistance of C or higher.

In addition, the position and conditions of ultrasonic welding between the main container and the cylindrical label can be changed depending on boiling and retort conditions, and the product value can be improved by preventing liquid from entering between the main container and the cylindrical label during sterilization. You can get expensive containers.
