Claims (1)
に、原料投入口が設けられた混合タンクと、該混
合タンクの内部下方に位置して駆動源で水平方向
に回転可能となつている撹拌部材と、該撹拌部材
の上方に位置して駆動源で回転可能となつている
チヨツパーとを具え、前記混合タンクの内部に投
入された微粉原料とバインダーとを前記撹拌部材
と前記チヨツパーとで撹拌造粒する撹拌造粒装置
において、前記チヨツパーを水平方向に回転可能
に設けるとともに、前記撹拌部材による原料の撹
拌領域内の位置と、その領域から外れた位置との
間を移動可能に設けたことを特徴とする撹拌造粒
装置。 (2) 前記混合タンクの上蓋に、前記チヨツパー
を挿通可能な開口部を形成するとともに、該チヨ
ツパーが前記開口部から前記混合タンク内に垂下
された状態で挿入されて前記撹拌領域内の位置と
、その領域から外れた位置との間を移動可能とな
つている請求項１記載の撹拌造粒装置。 (3) 前記混合タンクの上蓋に、前記チヨツパー
を挿通可能な開口部を形成するとともに、昇降装
置によつて前記開口部の上方で上下動可能なブラ
ケツトを設け、このブラケツトに前記チヨツパー
を連結し、前記昇降装置の作動によつて前記チヨ
ツパーが前記撹拌領域内の位置と、その領域から
外れた位置との間を移動可能となつている請求項
１記載の撹拌造粒装置。 (4) 前記開口部と前記ブラケツトとの間が伸縮
可能なカバーで連結され、このカバーの内部に前
