[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention relates to materials for plastering, and provides a decorative material for finishing plastering to create a three-dimensional pattern on the surface of a building. In the present invention, the term "decorative material for finishing plastering" refers to a decorative material that can be applied to the surface of a building to complete a pattern by applying a finishing coat.

[Prior art] [Problem that the invention aims to solve] Conventionally, in order to create a three-dimensional pattern on the surface of a building, two methods were used: embedding a sheet-like pattern piece, or using a die sheet with a pattern punched out on the surface of the building. There are methods such as a method in which the through-holes of the applied mold sheet are filled with a coating material and then the mold sheet is removed, and a method in which a sheet-shaped cutout pattern is pasted on the undercoated surface and the sheet-shaped cutout pattern is removed after finishing. However, with the first two methods, it is difficult to finish the concave surfaces in the pattern neatly, and with the second method, the sheet-shaped cutout pattern is pasted on after the undercoat has dried, which requires long on-site work and creates a complex pattern. The work is difficult and time consuming. To eliminate the drawbacks of these methods, a decorative material for plastering work, in which a sheet-shaped cutout pattern is attached with adhesive to the surface of a plate-shaped base material that has been surface-treated in advance, is adhered to the surface of the building and then applied after topcoating. A method for removing sheet-like cutout patterns has been proposed by the applicant of the present invention (Utility Application No. 59-029906).
However, this decorative material for finishing plastering has the disadvantage that the surface of the plate-like base material has no irregularities, the sheet-like cutout pattern has to be easily adhesive, and it must be easy to peel off. For example, if the surface of the base material is highly uneven, the adhesion of the periphery of the sheet-like cutout pattern will be insufficient, and the overcoating material will penetrate, making it impossible to finish the pattern's clear lines. Further, if the base material has a highly uneven surface, or if the surface is brittle or powdery, the sheet-like cutout pattern is likely to peel off. Furthermore, if the surface of the base material is thread-like, hair-like, or papery, the surface of the base material may peel off and be destroyed when the sheet-like cutout pattern is peeled off. The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks.

[Means for solving the problem] [Operation] [Example] The present invention uses a decorative material for finishing plastering in which a pattern is formed by coating silicone rubber 3 on the upper surface of the base materials 1 and 1'. The lower surfaces of the base materials 1, 1' are adhered to the surface of the building, and after coating, the silicone rubber is peeled off so that the exposed surfaces of the base materials 1, 1' form a pattern. An example will be described. A curing agent is added to the liquid silicone of the RTV silicone rubber to form a paste, which is applied in a pattern onto the surface-finished layer 2 of the base material 1. Since liquid silicone has fluidity, it flows into the fine concave surfaces of the base material 1 and hardens, creating a detailed pattern of silicone rubber 3 with rubber-like elasticity. However, although the silicone rubber 3 is non-adhesive and does not adhere to the layer 2, it cannot be easily peeled off unless external force is applied, and when it is peeled off, it peels off cleanly as one piece. Therefore, after bonding the base material 1 to the base material 4 with the adhesive 5, the finishing material 6 is applied to the entire surface, and while this is not completely cured, the tip of an awl or a drill is inserted into the silicone rubber 3. When it is peeled off, the silicone rubber 3 is peeled off as one piece, and the surface of the layer 2 that has been surface-finished appears as a concave pattern. Also, liquid silicone is layer 2.
Since the finishing material 6 flows into the fine concave surface of the silicone rubber 3, the finishing material 6 does not get under the peripheral edge of the silicone rubber 3, and the concave pattern's link lines are clearly finished. Note that since the pasty liquid silicone can be applied to a silk screen printing method, fine and complicated patterns on the silicone rubber 3 can be created in a short time.

Substrates 1 and 1' can be paper, cloth, leather, synthetic resin, metal, wood, stone, slate, plaster, gas, brick, tile, cement, plaster, block, etc. without any surface finishing treatment. can. Note that a decorative material for finishing plastering, in which the entire upper surface of the base material 1' is covered with silicone rubber 3 in one pattern, is adhered to the base material 4 with adhesive 5, and the finishing material 6 is applied. By peeling off the rear silicone rubber 3, a protruding pattern can be created. The reason for covering almost the entire upper surface here is that there is no need to apply silicone rubber 3 to areas where the finishing material is not applied.

By using the decorative material for finishing plastering of this invention, creating three-dimensional patterns on the surface of a building is easier and shorter than conventional methods, and it goes without saying that finer patterns can be finished more beautifully. , can be applied to more types of base materials than the decorative material for plastering work in which a sheet-shaped cutout pattern is adhered to a plate-shaped base material (application no. 59-029906), and can also be used on surfaces with uneven base material surfaces. Furthermore, it is possible to create not only concave patterns but also protruding patterns on the surface of a building. Furthermore, by using the silk screen printing method, it is possible to make a large number of decorative materials for finishing plastering with complicated patterns in a short time.
