Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は固形化粧料の液状原料組成物を充容し
た容器の周囲に形成した環状立上り部内に、複数
の両端開口の棒状充填孔を上下方向に形成した成
形ブロツクを密接して挿入し、前記液状原料組成
物を前記棒状充填孔内に充填して後充填した前記
液状原料組成物を固化乾燥する棒状化粧料の成形
法および固形化粧料の液状原料組成物を充容する
容器の周囲に形成した環状立上り部内に、複数の
両端開口の棒状充填孔を上下方向に形成した成形
ブロツクを上下方向に摺動自在に密接して形成し
てなる棒状化粧料の成形装置に関するものであ
り、棒状化粧料内に気泡の混入がなく少数から多
数まで成形が可能であり、しかも成形法と装置の
構造とが簡易であり、故障を生ずることなく長期
に亘つて良好な状態で使用し得るものであり、ア
イブロー、アイライナー、口紅、ほぼ紅、アイシ
ヤドウ、ステイツクフアンデーシヨン等の高粘
度、急速固化する液状原料組成物の棒状成形に好
適するものである。

填孔4に2〜5度のテーパーを設けると共に、シ
リコン樹脂の如き剥離剤を塗布することによつて
固化した棒状化粧料を棒状充填孔4より容易に押
出し得るものである。
