部の近傍の外周に長手方向へ摺動可能に組付けら
れて前記作動ロツドの一端部に連結し前記操作レ
バーのリバースセレクト方向への傾動側へ突出す
る被係合部を有するロツクスリーブと、前記ブラ
ケツトに設けられ前記操作レバーのリバースセレ
クト方向への操作時前記被係合部が係合して同レ
バーの同方向への傾動を規制するとともに前記ロ
ツクスリーブの摺動により前記係合が回避される
係合部を有するロツクプレートを備えてなる変速
操作レバー装置において、前記操作レバーに前記
作動ロツドが長手方向に摺動可能に嵌合される長
