Cans filled with juices, cider, colas, and beer that contain carbon dioxide gas may be exposed to high temperatures, or even those kept at low temperatures may be subject to strong impact, or may be subjected to vibrations when carried around or transported at room temperature. For example, carbon dioxide gas becomes bubbles,
Due to the pressure, when the can is opened, it makes a sound when the can is opened, and bubbles are ejected and scattered, staining clothes and causing problems such as dripping from the walls of the can.

In the drawings, reference numeral 10 denotes a can in which a liquid such as beer or carbonated drink is sealed, and the upper lid 11 of the can is integrally attached to the can 10 by sealing the peripheral edge 12 with the upper edge of the can. A stopper 13 is formed on the top lid 11, and the stopper can be opened by pulling up a ring body 14 connected to the stopper 13. And the can 10 formed in this way
The top lid 11 is covered with a blowout prevention cover 1. This blowout prevention cover 1 includes a fan-shaped top plate part 2, a skirt part 3 hanging downward from the periphery of the top plate part 2, and a crescent shape extending inward from the bottom periphery of the skirt part 3. It consists of a shaped hem 3' and an engagement hole 4 bored in the center of the top plate 2. In this case, the skirt portion 3 is the upper lid 1 of the can.
The hem part 3' is placed inside the upper end of the inner edge of the groove that goes around under the inner edge of the seaming part 12 of No. It is attached integrally with the ring body.
Further, the engagement hole 4 is fixed to the stopper 13 of the can, and therefore, as shown by the chain line in FIG. It is adapted to be attached integrally with the caulking portion 15. Therefore, in the assembled state, the ring body 14 is attached to the top plate portion 2 of the cover 1 as shown in FIG.
This makes it possible to open the cap by pulling up the ring body 14 even if the cover 1 is attached. When the engagement hole 4 is engaged with the caulking portion 15 in this way, the top plate portion 2 is positioned on the opposite side of the direction in which the ring body 14 is raised. When the ring body 14 is pulled up and the stopper 13 is opened as shown in FIG. 3, the top plate portion 2 also covers the opening 13a when the stopper is opened. Normally, when the cap is first opened, the ejected flow is not ejected directly above the opening 13a, but is ejected obliquely upward on the starting end side of the opening, that is, in the direction of the outer circumference of the cover 1 (in the upper right direction in FIG. 4). In addition, the left open end of the cover 1 is in close contact with the top surface of the can's top lid because its center portion is fixed between the stopper 13 and its ring body 14, so that there is almost no gap. Therefore, the jet flow is not scattered from the open end, but is blocked by the top plate part 2, the skirt part 3, the hem part 3', and the top cover 11, as shown in FIG. 3 and the crescent-shaped horizontal groove formed by the hem portion 3', as well as the top plate portion 2 and the upper lid 11.
Since the foam flows into the voids of the can and settles therein, the foam does not scatter into the air or drip down the can wall, thus completely preventing the foam from blowing out and scattering when the can is opened.

The blowout prevention cover 1 as described above is made of a material that is stable against the liquid in the can, such as vinyl, vinyl chloride, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, plastic, acrylic, polyethylene polypropylene copolymer, natural rubber, Materials that can be molded include synthetic resin products such as synthetic rubber, sheets of aluminum and tinplate, glass fibers, paper sheets such as pressed paper, and water-absorbing sheets such as sponge, sponge, and pressed cotton.

When the blowout prevention cover 1 of this embodiment formed in this manner is attached to the top lid 11 of the can 10, the ring body 14 is pulled in the direction of the arrow in FIG. Even if the bubbles are ejected and scattered from within the original opening 13a, the bubbles may be ejected and scattered in one direction of the cover as shown in FIG. It won't hang or fall. Therefore, the spraying out when the can is first opened is completely prevented, and the inconvenience of adhesion to clothes is eliminated. Incidentally, the liquid is ejected and scattered only when the cap is opened, and does not eject until the ring body 14 is completely raised and the cap 13 is separated from the top cover 11.
Further, when opening the cap, the ring body 14 raises the cap 13 and the cover 1 is also pulled up together. Therefore, after the bottle is completely opened, the blowout prevention cover 1 is separated from the remaining top cover 11 together with the stopper 13 and ring body 14, which were part of the top cover 11 until the time of opening, and is discharged. Abandoned.

FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention, and in FIG. 5(A), approximately triangular tongue pieces 6, 6 are suspended from the open end side of the fan-shaped top plate portion 2. These tongue pieces 6, 6 are used to dam the liquid that has spouted into the gap between the top plate 2 and the top lid 11 of the can in the event that it spews and scatters outward, thereby further preventing the liquid from spewing out. Can be effectively prevented. In addition, the figure (b) shows an embodiment in which the top plate part is circular and covers the entire inside of the groove of the top lid 11, which not only prevents liquid from spouting out but also prevents dust etc. from adhering to the top surface of the top lid 11. It also has the effect of preventing. Note that the top plate part is not limited to such a fan shape or a circular shape made of flexible material, but may also be a crescent shape, a triangular shape, or various other shapes. The above-mentioned water-absorbing substance or the like may be attached to absorb the ejected liquid more safely.

As explained above in detail, according to the present invention, the top plate, skirt, and hem can completely prevent the liquid from ejecting and scattering when the can is first opened. A splash-proof cover can be provided. Additionally, since the cover is located inside the groove on the periphery of the top lid and is integrated with the top lid, it has the advantage of being able to seal the top lid and the can body with the cover attached to the top lid in advance. There is.
