して設けられた貫孔と、一方のフランジに当合す
る頭部と両貫孔に嵌挿される軸部と他方のフラン
ジから外突する切欠軸部とを備えたシヤーピンと
、シヤーピンの切欠軸部側のフランジに設けられ
てシヤーピンの所定角度回動に依り切欠軸部と弾
合する板バネと、から構成した事を特徴とするシ
