離を測定するための車間距離計測用センサーと、
該車間距離計測用センサーからの信号を受ける警
報発信装置とからなり、該警報発信装置は前記車
間距離計測用センサーを介して計測される車間距
離の測定値が予め設定した設定値の範囲内から範
囲外へとなつた時に警報を発信すべく構成されて
なることを特徴とする自動車用の車間距離検知装
置。 ２ 請求項第１項記載の自動車用の車間距離検知
装置において、該警報発信装置は車間距離計測用
センサーを介して計測される車間距離の測定値が
予め設定した設定値の範囲外から範囲内となつた
ときに予備警報を発信すべく構成されてなること
