おいて、 上記クロマトグラフと質量分析計との間に、 (a) クロマトグラフの移動相流路を質量分析
計のイオン化室に接続しうる抵抗管路と、該抵抗
管路から分析され上記抵抗管路を移送される流体
の流量を調節しうる流量制御弁を備えた分岐流路
とからなるスプリツト手段と、 (b) 上記イオン化室の真空度を検出しうる真
空度検出手段と、 (c) 上記検出手段からの検出信号に基づいて
イオン源の真空度を所定値に保持しうるよう、分
岐流路の流量制御弁を調節してイオン化室への流
入量を調節しうるスプリツト手段制御部 とを備えてなる超臨界クロマトグラフ/質量分
析計。 (2) スプリツト手段の分岐管路が、分岐部と流
量制御弁との間に、加熱手段を備えた貯留タンク
を設けて構成されてなる請求項1記載の超臨界ク
