- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 圧縮ガス入口２と調整ガス出口３を設けた
本体１に、減圧弁４と流量調整弁５を組み込むと
共に、フロート式流量計６と圧力計７を付設し、 前記減圧弁４の入口が前記圧縮ガス入口２に連
通すると共に、その出口が前記流量調整弁５を介
して前記フロート式流量計６の入口に連通し、前
記フロート式流量計６の出口が前記調整ガス出口
３に連通していることを特徴とする圧力調整付き
流量計。 (2) 前記圧縮ガス入口２に、取付けナツト４０
を組み付けた接続管３９が接続されている請求項
(1)記載の圧力調整付き流量計。
