の発泡原液を注入、発泡させて断熱層を形成する
断熱施工法が提案されている。しかしながら、か
かる断熱施工法にあつては、発泡原液の注入に伴
つて発泡スペース内から空気を良好に逃出させる
必要がある。

度上肉厚を薄くすることが出来ず、内外周リング
の間に形成されるくり抜かれた空間を充分に大き
なものとすることが出来なかつた。この為、くり
抜かれた空間が狭なり、ここを流過する発泡原液
の流動性が悪く作業性が低下して来る問題点があ
つた。

の外周に発泡用の空間を存して円筒状カバー4を
配設し、該発泡用空間内に発泡原液を注入発泡さ
せてパイプの外周面に断熱層を形成するための支
持枠体において、円筒状カバーの内径に略合致す
る薄い板状の外方リング6とパイプ1の上半部に
被着される薄い板状の半円形脚部7と、外方リン
グ6と脚部7とを連結する薄い板状の連結板8と
からなり、外方リング6はその一部が蝶番9で開
閉自在とされていることを特徴とする。
