成樹脂製チューブの製法に関するもので、より具体的に
は化粧料用のチューブ容器等の装飾性に優れた合成樹脂

(発明が解決しようとする課題)
しかしながら前者の絵付は等の2次加工による場合には
立体間のある模様を顕出することが困難で、更に模様が

付着すると加飾面がおかされるという問題があり、更に
は2次加工によるコストが高くつくため、比較的高価な

記吐出口に供給され、ダイスの環状吐出部1を回転させ
ながらこれら吐出口からチューブ状に押出される。この
時、樹脂2,3.4は環状ストライプ状に押出されるわ
けであるが、回転時に直接ダイス部品の内面に触れるた
め、ダイス接触部と非接触部において樹脂の流速が異な
り、ストライプ状に押出された樹脂はその間で位置がず
れ更には樹脂の流動性で形がくずれて木目模様等の不規

色樹脂が挾まれるように位置して立体感及び高級感を呈
する木目等の不規則模様が顕出される。更に、模様を顕
出する着色樹脂はチューブの胴部自体を形成しているた
め、模様が剥離する恐れがなく、製造コストの低い装飾
