Methods used to copy the pattern include diazo copying and transferring the periphery of the pattern onto blank paper with a pencil or the like. However, these methods have drawbacks such as requiring expensive equipment for copying, being time-consuming, and causing problems with accuracy. In other words, in the case of diazo copying, the paper pattern is large and many sheets need to be lined up on photosensitive paper, so the size of the device cannot be avoided. Also, since an exposure device and a developing device are required, the device becomes increasingly large. And it is expensive. In addition, when using pressure-sensitive paper to transfer the pattern by tracing the edges of the pattern with a pencil, it is possible to copy several sheets at once by overlapping several sheets of pressure-sensitive paper at once. , it is necessary to manually trace along the periphery of the paper pattern with a pencil or the like, which is time-consuming and prone to errors in accuracy.

d), as shown in FIG.
Clothes are mass-produced by cutting the copy sheet 2 and the fiber cloth 3 while they are overlapped with each other using a cutter along the pattern copy outline above, and sewing the cut fiber cloth together. For this reason, the pattern 1 is repeatedly copied onto a copy sheet and reused, but as described above, the method of copying the pattern onto a copy sheet uses photosensitive paper, such as the diazo copying method, or pressure-sensitive paper. There are some undesirable improvements to the manual copying method.

る。 The present invention uses woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, or paper as a base material 4, and a colorless or light coloring material (coating substance 5) on this.
The copy sheet 2 is prepared by using a copy sheet 2 impregnated with or coated with
After arranging the paper pattern 1 that needs to be copied as necessary, the colorless or light coloring material impregnated or applied on the copying sheet 2 is sprayed or coated with a liquid containing a substance that can develop or change color. By doing so, the portion of the copy sheet that is not covered with the paper pattern 1 is colored or discolored, and then, by removing the paper pattern 1, the paper pattern 1 is copied onto the copy sheet 2. By cutting both the object to be cut and the copy sheet along the copy of the paper pattern obtained in this way, highly accurate cut objects can be obtained.

In particular, when non-woven fabrics are placed on top of the material to be cut,
It is advantageous because it blends well with cloth, does not cause slippage during copying or cutting operations, has good water resistance and dimensional stability, has low water absorption, and quickly develops color and dries. The base materials used here, such as nonwoven fabrics, had a weight of 20 to 200 g/m 2 and had good workability.
