ぼ円錐筒状に押圧する彎曲状紙押え部材Aを紙2
の側面部形状に倣つて傾斜状に具備したものであ
る。その場合、下巻用アーム21と彎曲状帯板か
らなる紙押え部材Aとは一体に形成されており、
上巻用アーム24には彎曲状帯板からなる紙押え
部材Aのアーム31が弾機32を介在して摩擦を
受けながら回動するように支軸33により枢着し
ていると共に、その支軸33の近傍位置における
上記アーム31より外側の作動杆19にストツパ
ーピン34が立設している。また栽培容器16の
口部16aに紙2を押接する紙押え14の上方に
も傘部口の集合位置と対応した紙2の側面部分を
押圧する彎曲状紙押え部材Bが連設されている。
その場合紙押え部材A,Bは傘部口の集合体を押
し付けることができる強度をもち、また縦方向に
は第1図Aに示す紙巻時の側面の傾斜に倣つた傾

の先端が順次紙2の他側に接触し、次いでスプリ
ング25の力により紙2の他側を栽培容器16の
口部16aに沿つて巻き付けるにともない上巻用
アーム24に弾機32により摩擦力を付与して枢
着されている彎曲状紙押え部材Aは上巻用アーム
24と同体的に紙2側に向かつて回動しエノキ茸
イの傘部口の集合位置に対応した紙2の側面部分
を押し付けて紙2の他側の上方が広がりすぎるこ
とを抑制する。このようにして紙押え部材Aが紙
2を押し付けている状態においてさらに上巻用ア
ーム24が回動するとストツパーピン34がアー
ム31と係合してアーム31をさらに押圧するた
め紙押え部材Aはさらに傘部口を押し付け、かか
る状態においてカラー26が口部16aに嵌着し
て紙2を保持する。このようにして紙2の広がり
が抑えられながら紙2は第7図のように巻き付け
られるものである。その場合一対の紙押え部材A
と紙押え部材Bとによりほぼ円錐筒形が形成され
て傘部口の集合箇所に対応する紙2の側周面をほ
ぼ円錐筒状に整形保持している。また復帰時にお
いては上巻用アーム24と紙押え部材Aとは閉じ
た状態で同体的に復帰しはじめその後紙押え部材
Aはカラー収納部29に係止して上巻用アーム2
4のみがカラー収納部29の下方後側へ回動す
る。また下巻用アーム21と紙押え部材Aは一体
に復帰する。

側面部形状に倣つて傾斜状に備えてなり、紙側面
部形状に倣つて傾斜した彎曲状紙押え部材により
傘部集合位置と対応する紙の側面部分を末広がり
のほぼ円錐筒状に押圧して紙の広がりを抑制しな
がら巻き付けるため安定した円錐筒状の自動的な
紙巻動作が可能となり、エノキ茸の成長時に栽培
容器に巻かれた紙の内方側で整つた状態にしてエ
ノキ茸が成長し、その商品価値が高められる。

の彎曲状紙押え部材を紙側面部形状に倣つて傾斜
状に備えたことを特徴とするエノキ茸栽培容器の
自動紙巻装置。
