題点があり、作業者が加工ステーシヨンの手前側
へ近づきにくいという大きな不便がある。又3ス
テーシヨンのパレツト交換装置は外国文献(米
国、グレイ社のカタログ)に記載されているが、
この従来装置は加工ステーシヨンの手前の両側に
段取りステーシヨンと中間ステーシヨンを配置し
ており、3つのステーシヨンの間隔が長いからパ
レツトを搬送する際干渉しないが、床面積が増大
するという大きな欠点があり、加工ステーシヨン
の手前に中間ステーシヨンと段取りステーシヨン
を左右対称に配置しているから、作業者が近づき
にくいという大きな不便がある。

テーブル6による作業を加工ステーシヨンSと称
す。10は第1テーブルで、テーブルベツト(図
示なし)に載置されて停止又はゆつくり旋回し、
上面の配送レール11に載せたパレツト(図示な
し)に新たなワークを取付け又はこのパレツトか
ら加工ずみのワークを取りはずす。こゝに第1テ
ーブル10による作業位置を加工ステーシヨンS
の手前に接近させて少し左側へ偏らせる。12は
第2テーブルで、テーブルベツトBに載置されて
停止又はゆつくり旋回し、新たなワークを取付け
た第2パレツトP2を上面の搬送レール13に載
せて待機させる。こゝに第2テーブル12による
作業位置を第2ステーシヨンS2と称し、このステ
ーシヨンS2を加工ステーシヨンSと第1ステーシ
ヨンS1の中間の左側に接近させる。本実施例にお
いては、加工ステーシヨンSと第1ステーシヨン
S1の右側に広い空間Xができるので、作業員は加
工ステーシヨンSに近づいてワークの加工状況を
自由に点検しうる。
