保持された制動部材と、その制動部材の他端側に
配設され、通電により制動部材を電磁的に吸引し
て制動を解除する電磁吸引手段とを備えてなり、

の非回動正面カム部を押圧して制動部材を前記被
制動面から離隔させるように配装された正面カム
が、その正面カムを回動させる操作部に連結して
