Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外筒と、外筒内に摺動自在に挿嵌された内
筒との中心部に作動油からシールされた中空部を
設け、この中空部内にストロークセンサを設置し
た油圧アクチユエータにおいて、油圧アクチユエ
ータの伸縮に伴う前記中空部の容積変化に対応し
て中空部内の吸排気を行う通気穴と、この通気穴
に接続する通気チユーブとを設けたことを特徴と
するストロークセンサ内蔵アクチユエータの吸排
気機構。 (2) ストロークセンサを設置した中空部の通気
穴に接続する通気チユーブの端末部に、土砂・水
等の流入を防止する折り曲げ等の処理を施した請
求項(1)記載のストロークセンサ内蔵アクチユエ
ータの吸排気機構。
