に向うダクトを設け、該ダクトの先端に設けた開
口と間隙を存して対向し且つ該調理器本体の調理
室の側壁と対向しない該調理器本体の側板に、サ
ーモスイツチその他の異常加熱検知器を設けて成
る。

開孔6上面を覆い且つ該燃焼室4から上面が傾斜
するダクトを該調理器本体1の側板側に向うよう
にを設け、該ダクト7の先端の開口7aと間隙9
を存して対向し且つ該調理器本体の調理室の側壁
と対向しない該調理器本体1の側板位置に異常加
熱検知器8を支持させた。かくするときは、該開
孔6を燃焼室4のガスバーナ3の後側上方を除く
該燃焼室4の上壁に設けたため、通常は該開孔6
から熱気が排出されることなく、しかも前述のご
とく循環フアン5が正常に回転して燃焼熱気を正
しく調理器に導いているときは、該循環フアン5
に引かれて該開孔6を介して導入される空気流に
よつて該異常加熱検知器8は冷やされる状態にあ
るが、循環フアン5に異常を生じる等して燃焼室
4内に導入される燃焼熱気量が減じ又は停止する
と該熱気は該調理室2側に流れず該開孔6を介し
て排出されるようになる。そしてこの開孔6は該
燃焼室4のガスバーナの後側上方を除く該燃焼室
4の上壁に設けたので、循環フアン5に異常を生
じると逸早く該開孔6を介して該異常加熱検知器
8に作用する。従つて正常時と異常時とで該異常
加熱検知器8に作用する熱量が大きく変化するた
め比較的該異常加熱検知器8の設定温度を低くす
ることが出来、該検知器8としてサーモスイツチ
を用いた場合、該設定温度を200℃又はそれ以下
とすることが出来設定温度を200℃とすれば約1
分で、設定温度を150℃とした場合40秒と言う極
めて短い時間でこれを検知出来る。

排出されて該異常加熱検知器に作用するため、正
常時と異常時とで該異常検知器に作用する熱量が
大きく変化するため比較的異常を速かに検知出
来、特にダクトで燃焼熱気を該異常加熱検知器に
集中させることが出来るためその検知を確実であ
ると共に、異常加熱検知器の設定位置も比較的自
由に選択出来るの効果がある。
