Since the water pressure in general household water supply piping systems is relatively low, pipes made of synthetic resin made from vinyl chloride, etc., which are easy to install, are used, and pipe connections are made by connecting sockets, nipples, etc. with adhesive. I am doing this by doing.

Further, depending on the location of the piping and its purpose, it may be necessary to use a one-touch method, and a metal coupler is usually used for this type of coupling.

However, since this coupler itself is a joint, it is necessary to connect a pair of this coupler to the water supply and drainage pipe in advance. Since this coupler is made of metal as mentioned above in order to maintain the seal and strength of the connection, in order to connect it to the water supply and drainage pipe, the end of the pipe must be threaded in the same manner as in conventional piping methods.

The present invention provides a connection structure in which a tube made of a synthetic resin material is inserted and fixed into a cylindrical connection portion having an inner diameter approximately equal to that of the tube, in which at least two arms are formed extending in the tube axis direction at the end of the tube. The total width of the arms in the circumferential direction is less than half of the total circumference of the tube, and the tip of the arm is provided with a pointed protrusion that bulges in the radial direction larger than the outer diameter of the tube. A groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the tube remote from the proximal end of the tube, a packing is arranged in the groove, and the entire radially projecting portion of the protrusion is submerged in the inner circumference of the cylindrical connection part. a portion bulging in the radial direction, and a guide recessed in the axial direction from the hollow portion to the end of the tube insertion opening of the cylindrical connecting portion;
The protrusion is capable of engaging with a stepped portion between the hollow portion and the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical connecting portion, and the protrusion is detachable from the stepped portion through the guide.

With this structure, when the tube is inserted into the cylindrical connection part, the protrusion at the tip of the arm fits into the cavity on the inner circumference of the cylindrical connection part, and the protrusion connects the cavity and the cylindrical connection part. The pipe is engaged with the stepped portion between the tube and the inner circumferential surface, and the tube is restrained by the cylindrical connection portion. Since the entire protrusion of the radially projecting part falls completely into the cavity, the entire outer periphery of the tube including the arm fits into the inner periphery of the cylindrical connection part without the arm bending toward the tube axis. and are sealed by a gasket provided in the groove. Therefore, the tube can be connected and sealed at the same time by simply inserting the tube into the cylindrical connection section.

Further, by aligning the protrusion of the arm with a guide provided from the cavity to the inner periphery of the cylindrical connection part, the protrusion can be released from the stepped part. Therefore, it is also possible to pull out the tube from the cylindrical connection part.

The socket 1 may be made of either synthetic resin or metal, and has seal portions 10 at both ends with an inner diameter into which the pipe 2 can be inserted, and a portion with a larger inner diameter between these seal portions 10. Cavity part 1
1 is provided. This cavity 11 is located such that the distance from the end of the socket 1 is greater than the distance between the projection 4 of the tube 2 and the packing.

Furthermore, a step portion 12 is located at the boundary between the hollow portion 11 and both seal portions 10, and forms a plane in the radial direction that is substantially orthogonal to the axis of the socket 1. 4 to connect the tube 2 to the socket 1. A guide 20 is provided as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5 in order to allow the projection 4 to be removed even after it is released from the restraint by the stepped portion 12 and the tube 2 is connected to the socket 1. The guide 20 is radially opposed to the inner periphery of the socket 1.
There are four locations in total. and,
These guides 20 are inclined toward the outside of the socket 1 from the middle of the seal portion 10, and have a longitudinal cross-sectional shape that reaches the depth of the cavity 11 at the step portion 12.
In order to know the positions of the arm 3 and the guide 20, it is preferable to stamp marks on the surfaces of the tube 2 and the socket 1, respectively.

In the above configuration, when the tip of the arm 3 is inserted into the seal part 10 of the socket 1, since the distance between the tips 4a of both protrusions 4 is larger than the inner diameter of the seal part 10, the arm 3 is elastically deformed inward as it is inserted. Then, the tip side of the arm 3 contracts inward. When the tube 2 is inserted in this state and the tip 4a of the protrusion 4 passes over the stepped portion 12, the seal portion 1 against the arm 3
The restraining force caused by 0 is removed, and the arm 3 returns to its original shape, resulting in the state shown in FIG. Therefore, the protrusion 4 at the tip of the arm 3 engages with the stepped portion 12, and the tube 2
The tube 2 is connected to the socket 1 while restricting its axial displacement. At this time, the packing 6 is attached to the seal portion 1.
0 to cut off the inside of the tube 2 from the outside.

In this way, simply by inserting the pipe 2 into the socket 1, the connection of the pipe 2 and the sealing part can be performed at the same time, and the piping can be connected with a simple one-touch operation. In order to prevent the protrusion 4 from touching the guide 20, the protrusion 4 is securely engaged with the stepped portion 12 by using markings indicating the positions of the protrusion 4 and the guide 20 provided on the outer periphery of the socket 1 and the tube 2. Let them do it.

Further, when connecting the tube 2 to the socket 1, the tube 2 may be inserted into the socket 1 using markings indicating the positions of the arm 3 and the guide 20 so that these positions are aligned. In this case, since the protrusion 4 gradually fits into the guide 20 from the middle of the seal part 10, the arm 3 quickly slides into the stepped part 12, and when connecting the pipe 2, It also requires less force.

Furthermore, after connecting pipe 2 to socket 1,
To remove the arm 3 from the socket 1 for repair, etc., use the markings on the outer periphery to remove the arm 3 and the guide 20.
Align the position. This allows the projection 4 to slide into the guide 20, and when the tube 2 is pulled, the projection 4 moves into the guide 20 and rides on the inner circumferential wall of the seal portion 10. Therefore, if the tube 2 is continued to be pulled, the tube 2 can be easily removed from the socket 1.

In addition to the socket 1, the pipe 2 can be easily connected by providing a hollow part 11 and a stepped part 12 as shown in FIG. . Even in this case, a guide 20 can be provided to allow the tube 2 to escape from the casing 30.

In addition, in the embodiment, two arms 3 are provided at the end of the tube 1.

With the present invention, the tubes can be connected and sealed at the same time simply by inserting the tubes, so there is no need for adhesives, screw connections, or the like. Therefore, piping work can be done easily, and piping work in narrow spaces is also facilitated, thereby improving workability. Furthermore, by turning the pipe and aligning its arm with the guide on the inner periphery of the cylindrical connection part, the pipe can be immediately removed, making it easier to modify or disassemble the pipe. Furthermore, since the tube cannot be removed unless the tube is turned and the protrusion and guide are aligned, it is possible to prevent the tube from falling off or being stolen.
