に外接する継手水平脚を前記コーナ支柱の断面溝
内に嵌合させるようにしたほぼL字形断面をもつ
継手によつて接合させてなるものである。

この考案に係る盤枠体1は、第2図に示すように
四隅に配置してある溝形断面をもつ後述するコー
ナ支柱2の上下端を各々連結する四辺形状枠体の
一方の対辺材を溝形断面をもつ後述する幅水平部
材5により、また他方の対辺材を溝形断面をもつ
後述する奥行水平部材6によつて夫々構成させる
とともに、前記幅水平部材の上下間に中間支柱3
を、また前記奥行水平部材の上下間に主支柱4を
夫々架設させてなるものである。前記コーナ支柱
は、第1図に示すように、支柱幅脚2aの両側に
支柱立上り脚2bを付設した溝形断面をもつ柱状
体である。前記幅水平部材は、第1図に示すよう
に、水平な幅脚5aの両側に立上り脚5bを立接
した溝形断面をもつ柱状体からなるとともに、そ
の両端の前記立上り脚の前後を横貫して角孔5d
を穿設させ、さらに両端の前記幅脚の端部を欠切
させてすみ肉溶接切欠き5cを設けてある。また
前記奥行水平部材は、第1図に示すように、垂直
な垂直脚6aの該盤枠体の内部側に水平短脚6c
を、同じく外部側に端側に段部6dを形成して図
示しない底板等の取り付けを容易にさせてある水
平長脚6bを平設した溝形断面をもつ柱状体から
なる。そして、その両端の前記垂直脚および水平
短脚間の会合角部に後述する接合継手20の板厚
に相等するスリツト切欠き6eを刳設させ、さら
に両端の前記垂直脚には心合せ丸孔6fを穿孔し
ている。つぎに、前記接合継手は、第1図に示す
ように、前記幅および奥行両水平部材の角隅部を
結合させるもので、継手垂直脚20aの該盤枠体
の内部側に継手水平脚20bを平設させたほぼL
字形断面をもつ短柱状体から形成してある。そし
て、前記継手垂直脚および水平脚を奥行水平部材
6の垂直脚6aおよび水平短脚6cの夫々の内お
よび外面に密着させるとともに、前記継手垂直脚
の前記両水平部材角隅部側の端部を刳設して突起
部20cを形成させて該突起部を前記幅水平部材
の角孔5dに嵌入自在にさせる。さらに前記継手
水平脚の端部を該突起部端にほぼ同長にして突起
部20cの嵌入後に継手水平脚20bが前記幅水

み付け溶接後に中間支柱3および主支柱4を必要

なることがなく、さらにすみ肉溶接切欠き内での
溶接のために後仕上げが不要となる上に、短小な
溶接長で済むなど、この考案の実益は多大であ
る。
