(考案の構成)
前記目的を達成するために本考案の散布機にお
ける散布盤は、その形状を逆円錐状とし、その側
壁内面に適宜数の羽根板を取付け、該散布盤の底
部中心を機枠より垂下せる回転軸に固定して回転
せしめるごとくしてある。以下、図によつてその
構成および使用の態様を説明する。第1図は本考
案に係る散布盤で、1は逆円錐状の側壁、2は側
壁内面上に取り付けた羽根板、3は円錐頂部に形
成した回転軸孔である。尚、実験によれば円錐台
側壁が軸心となす角度を70゜〜80゜にするのが適当
である。第2図および第3図は本考案に係る散布
盤の使用態様を説明するために示した散布機の一
例で、01は機枠02上に載置したホツパー、0
3はホツパー01上の下方に配置され油圧モータ
ー04から減速機05を介してチエーン機構によ
り駆動されるベルトコンベヤー、06はベルトコ
ンベヤー02の搬送終端(後端)に上端開口部を
臨ませたシユート、07はシユート06の下端側
に設けた放出筒、08は放出筒下方に設けた本考
案に係る散布盤、09は散布盤回転軸である。こ
のような構成により成る散布機において、ホツパ
ー01に投入された散布剤はベルトコンベヤー0
3上に落下し、該ベルトコンベヤー03により送
られてシユート06、放出筒07を経て回転して
いる散布盤08上の一部に落下する。散布盤08
上の散布剤は羽根板2により案内され、遠心力に
より散布盤周辺に達し、散布盤を離れる。散布盤
を離れるときの散布剤の速度は、散布盤に対する
相対速度と散布盤周辺速度のベクトル和で与えら
れ、その方向は水平方向より上向きと成る。尚、
散布剤の散布盤の相対速度は散布盤上の羽根板の
形状、取付け角度などによつて影響されるので、
例えば第4図のように固定羽根2の外端縁に近接
して形成した側壁1に垂直な孔4に第2羽根板2
sを軸着し、第2羽根板2sの散布盤への取付付
け角度を変更可能にすると、散布盤を離れるとき
の散布剤の速度の大きさ、方向、水平面からの上
