The present invention provides a liquid cleaning composition, and more specifically, a method for efficiently and safely removing stains that have adhered to and deteriorated in the kitchen and its surroundings, such as ventilation fans, stoves, vertical surfaces such as walls, ceilings, etc. The present invention relates to a liquid cleaning composition that can be used. Oils and fats used at home change in quality due to the effects of heat, sunlight, trace amounts of metals, oxygen in the air, etc., and become resinous, semi-dry, or carbonized, which strengthens their bond with the substrate surface and makes them strong. It becomes dirt and adheres to ventilation fans, ranges, water heaters, vertical parts of walls, ceilings, etc. To clean such strong degenerated oil stains adhering to vertical surfaces or ceilings, for example,
Cleaning agents containing surfactants, alkaline agents, and solvents as described in No. 11688 are effective, but these conventional cleaning agents volatilize the cleaning agent components before stains are sufficiently removed. However, there was a drawback that the cleaning effect was not sufficiently achieved. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention conducted intensive research to solve these drawbacks of liquid cleaning agents, and found that by combining a specific water-soluble polymer in the above cleaning agent system, the cleaning agent components do not volatilize. Furthermore, we discovered that the contact time between the cleaning agent components and dirt can be extended, resulting in a remarkable cleaning effect.
The invention has been completed. That is, the present invention comprises the following components (a) to (d): (a) 1 to 10% by weight of a surfactant, (b) 3 to 20% by weight of an alkanolamine, and (c) a Burckfield yield value of 100 g/ seconds/cm
Partially crosslinked polyacrylic acid or its salt 2~
3.5% by weight, (d) General formula R 1 O (C 2 H 4 O) y・(C 3 H 6 O) x R 2 (wherein, R 1 and R 2 are hydrogen atoms or carbon atoms with 1 to
4 is an alkyl group, but both are not hydrogen atoms. x and y are each 0 to 6
3 to 20% by weight of a polyoxyalkylene mono(or di)lower alkyl ether represented by A composition is provided. As the surfactant which is component (a) of the composition of the present invention, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant is used. Specific examples of these include, for example, anionic surfactants such as alkylbenzene sulfonates, alkyl sulfate ester salts, alkyl ethoxy sulfate ester salts, olefin sulfonates, alkanesulfonates,
Fatty acid salt, alkyl ethoxycarboxylate, α-
Sulfo fatty acid salt, α-sulfo fatty acid ester salt,
Alkenyl succinates, phosphate ester salts, etc.; Nonionic surfactants include ethylene oxide/propylene oxide block polymers,
Polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, polyoxyethylene alkyl phenyl ether, higher fatty acid alkanolamide, polyoxypropylene alkyl ether, sucrose fatty acid ester, etc.;
As amphoteric surfactants, tertiary amine oxide,
Examples include betaine and sulfobetaine. As the alkanolamine component (b), monoethanolamine and diethanolamine are preferred.
Examples of crosslinking agents for the partially crosslinked polyacrylic acid component (c) include polyvalent metal salts of acrylic acid or methacrylic acid, glyoxal alkenyl compounds,
Allylated glycerin, allylated pentaerythritol, allyl (meth)acrylate oligomer,
Examples include one or more selected from triallyl cyanurate, triallyl phosphate, tetraallylsilane, polyalkenyl sulfone, and butadiene oligomer. The content of these crosslinking agents is preferably 0.3 to 15% by weight based on the acrylic acid; if the amount of the crosslinking agent is too small, sufficient viscosity cannot be obtained, and if it is too large, the solubility will deteriorate, which is not preferable. Partially crosslinked polyacrylic acid has a Burckfield yield value of 2.5% by weight and 0.2N sodium hydroxide aqueous solution at 20°C of 100 g/sec.cm.
The above are preferred. Here, the Bruckfield yield value is a value obtained by measuring the apparent viscosity of the above aqueous solution at 20°C and using the following formula, and when the molecular weight is the same, the larger this value is, the higher the degree of crosslinking is. do. Burckfield yield value = [B8H type viscometer rotor No. 3
, apparent viscosity at 0.5 rpm] / 100* *- [B8H type viscometer rotor No. 3, apparent viscosity at 1 rpm] / (d) component polyoxyalkylene mono (or di)
The lower alkyl ether is represented by the general formula (), and the alkyl groups represented by R 1 and R 2 in the formula are preferably methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, butyl or isobutyl groups,
Moreover, those in which x+y is 1.5 to 6 are particularly preferable. In addition to the above-mentioned essential components, the liquid detergent composition of the present invention may contain optional components commonly used, such as perfumes, pigments, dyes, disinfectants, solubilizers, and the like. Next, the present invention will be described with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to these Examples. Example 1 Tempura oil was uniformly applied to an iron plate and baked at a temperature of 180°C for 30 minutes to form an almost dry film to create a model contaminated plate, which was used to conduct a detergency test. That is, various liquid cleaning agents with the compositions shown in Table 1 were prepared, dripped onto a model contaminated plate fixed vertically, left for 40 seconds, and the dirt that floated up was gently removed with absorbent cotton. The extent was determined visually. Judgment was made based on the following criteria. ○: Complete stain removal ○△: Approximately 80% stain removal ○△~△: Approximately 60% stain removal △: Approximately 50% stain removal △~×: Approximately 30% stain removal ×: No stain removal No The results are shown in Table 1.
