Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the containing rate and to facilitate maintenance end inspection by providing on insulating cleat, having a cover at the front side and through-holes arranged longitudinally and laterally at the inner upper section and fixable along a pole, for a fixing metal arranged at the rear side of the body. CONSTITUTION:A branch lead-in box 1 has a profile elongated along a pole and comprises a body 17 fixable through a fixing metal 16 arranged at the rear side end a fastening band to the pole and a cover 18 fixed openebly/ closably to the front side of the body 17. An insulating cleat 20 having through holes 19 arranged longitudinally and laterally is provided at the inner upper section of the body 17. The insulating cleat 20 is splitted into three sections, where the rear splitted section is secured to the rear face of the body and the intermediate and front splitted sections are secured through screws to the rear splitted section. The through-holes 19 are formed by butting the recesses formed in the matching faces of respective splitted sections.

Therefore, we have eliminated the arm for retracting utility poles from the past,
A method is in use that uses small-diameter utility poles to store protective fuses and branch lines in a branch lead-in box with an opening/closing lid. The branch lead-in box is attached directly to the utility pole, and is installed along the utility pole to match the outside diameter of the utility pole.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] However, the conventional branch lead-in box is one in which the branch line is housed in a black structure for the purpose of simply concealing the branch line.
The protective fuses and branch lines were arranged horizontally in a row, making it difficult to store and maintain and inspect after installation.

Furthermore, in recent years, from the viewpoint of maintenance, a switch is sometimes used on the low voltage wiring side. In this case, it is desirable to have uniform pole mounting for the two types of utility poles, those with switches and those without switches, but in the conventional branching/leaving method using branching/leaving boxes, consideration has not been given to this point. It had not been done.

[Function] In the branching/leaving method according to the present invention, a branching/leaving box is provided with an insulating cleat having transparent holes arranged front, back, left, and right in the upper part of the interior, and a branch line is formed by bundling a plurality of branch lines. This is a composite branch line with a screw terminal at the upper end, and multiple sets of composite branch lines are arranged separately for each phase in the through hole of the insulating cleat and are housed in the branch lead-in box. The branch lines are arranged in an orderly manner in the front, rear, left, and right positional relationships within the branch lead-in box. Therefore,
It has a good storage rate and is easy to maintain and inspect. Furthermore, since the branch line storage position for each phase is determined, it becomes easy to align the low voltage line 0υ1 to be connected to this branch line storage position.

The branching/leaving method according to claim 2 is a method that does not use a switch, and the branch lines are also arranged neatly and separately within the branching/leaving box, and the storage efficiency is good. In addition, the low-voltage wires are securely positioned because the lead-in ends are separated and held by external insulating cleats, and the screw terminals connected to the low-voltage wire lead-in ends and the screw terminals of the branch wires are securely positioned. It is easy to connect with screws, and maintenance and inspection after connection is also easy. Further, since the low voltage line is sandwiched between the external insulating cleats, it is possible to prevent large tension from being applied to the branch line or the electric wire fuse connected thereto.

30 is a utility pole mounting bracket, 31 is a cleat holding bracket, in which the intermediate divided body 3a of the external insulating cleat 3 having a three-part structure is fixed to the cleat holding bracket 31, and 3b and 3c are left and right divided bodies, each having an intermediate divided body. It is fixed to the body 3a with screws. The clamping hole 32, which can separately arrange and clamp the drawn-out ends 7a of the low-voltage wires, is formed by abutting four parts formed on the abutting surfaces of each divided body. By loosening the screws, the left and right divided bodies 3b and 3C are movable, the holding hole 32 can be expanded, and the left and right divided bodies can be removed. The cover 4 has a thread 4a through which the lead-in end 7a of the low-voltage line passes.

The embodiment described with the above drawings merely shows one aspect of the low-voltage line branching/drawing method according to the present invention, and the secondary side electric wire of the transformer is connected to the switch, but the low-voltage line The auxiliary tool used for drawing in the lead-in wire is not limited to the illustrated example, and various means can be employed. Also,
The illustrated example shows a method in which a switch is installed on a utility pole where a transformer is located, and a low-voltage line branched from this switch is guided to an adjacent utility pole, and the lead-in end is sandwiched between external insulating cleats and guided to a branch lead-in box. However, various specific power distribution methods can be adopted, such as passing a low-voltage line through multiple utility poles and connecting the lead-in end branching from the pole to a switch or external insulating cleat.

[Effect of the invention] As mentioned above, the branching box used in the low-voltage line branching/leaving method of the present invention can be used in both cases where a switch is used and when a switch is not used. Ideal for branching and retracting systems. Furthermore, since each phase is separately arranged not only in the switch, but also in the branch lead-in box and in the external insulating cleat, work at the time of branching and pulling is easy, and a reliable branching and pulling state can be obtained. In addition, since the inside of the branch lead-in box is arranged in an orderly manner, storage efficiency is high and maintenance and inspection are easy.

The branch line is a composite branch line, so when there are a large number of branches, and when installing protection and use, the wire fuses can be connected to the desired branch line to install them in an orderly arrangement, so the storage rate will not be hindered. Also, maintenance of the fuse is easy. The electric wire fuse can be connected to the composite branch line from the beginning at the time of shipment from the factory, or it can be connected at the field as necessary.

If the diameter of the compression connection terminal of the electric wire fuse is changed only at the drop-in line connection ill, the type of branch line can be unified, the production of a composite branch line is easy, and the on-site connection of the above electric wire fuse is possible. Ease of use is also guaranteed.
