Abstract

PURPOSE:To discharge high pressure gas through a simple structure upon occurrence of fault by choking a hole in a partition wall arranged between a cable chamber and a switchgear by means of a bursting board through engaging metals having different rigidity. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular hole 2a is made through a partition wall 2 arranged between a switchgear chamber and a cable chamber. A bursting board 1 having area wider than that of the hole 2a is fixed to the side of the switchgear chamber in order to choke the hole 2a. Protrusions 3 are provided at four corners of the bursting board 1 in order to prevent movement of the busting board 1 along the partition wall 2. First and second engaging metals 6, 4 are secured through fixing bolts 7, 5 to the longitudinally central section of the bursting board 1 in order to engage the bursting board 1 and the partition wall 2. Rigidity of the second engaging metal 4 is set lower than that of the first engaging metal 6. Upon pressure increase due to short circuit fault in the cable chamber, the second engaging metal 4 is bent and the bursting board 1 rotates around the center of the first engaging metal 6 and finally fell off. By such arrangement, the structure is simplified.

[Prior art] Inside the sealed cable room inside the switchgear,
For example, when a short circuit accident occurs, the pressure inside the cable chamber increases rapidly due to the arc generated at this time. For this reason, the cable chamber is provided with a pressure relief mechanism for releasing the increased pressure to the outside. Some conventional pressure relief mechanisms have a structure in which a hole is provided in the wall of the cable room and the hole is closed by a door-like member having a rotatable hinge portion. In this case, when the pressure inside the cable room suddenly rose, the pressure would cause the culprit to open to the outside of the cable room, releasing the sudden pressure rise inside the cable room to the outside.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional opening/closing device with a pressure relief mechanism, in order to provide a rotatable hinge portion between the door and the wall, it was necessary to secure each door and wall with welding or bolts. For this reason, conventional devices have had problems in that the work efficiency during assembly is poor, the number of parts is large, and the devices are expensive.

[Function] The pressure relief mechanism in the present invention has the following functions inside the cable room:
When an arc generated due to an accident or the like suddenly increases the pressure in the cable chamber, the pressure relief plate is detached from the separation wall toward the switch chamber by the second fastening means. Next, when the first fastening means comes off the edge of the hole in the 111m wall, the pressure relief plate is completely released from the separation wall, and the increased pressure in the cable chamber is released to the outside.

2a and 2a are provided, respectively. Figure 1 is a front view of one pressure relief mechanism section seen from the cable room side.
As shown in FIG. 1, the hole 2a is provided with a pressure relief plate 1. The pressure relief plate 1 is larger in shape than the hole 2a, and is in contact with the switch chamber lO side of the separation wall 2 to cover the entire hole 2a. is blocking the In addition, in order to prevent the pressure relief plate l from moving along the surface 11tl12 of the pressure relief plate l, the pressure relief plate l is provided with protrusions 3,3,3.3 that engage with the four corners of the hole 2a, respectively. There is. Further, near the center of both longitudinal edges of the pressure relief plate l, first and second engagement means for engaging the pressure relief plate l and the separation wall 2 are provided facing each other. The operation of the opening/closing device with a pressure relief mechanism of the present invention configured as described above will be explained. If any one cable room 11
If a short circuit accident occurs inside, the pressure inside the cable room 11 will rise rapidly due to the arc generated at this time. Therefore, a pressing force in the direction of arrow A shown in FIG. 3 is applied to the pressure relief plate l. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the second fastening fitting 4 cannot resist the pressing force in the direction of the arrow A and breaks, and the pressure relief plate l is moved toward the switch chamber 10 side by the first fastening means. Rotate around. Finally, the first fastening means is also connected to the hole 2a.
The pressure relief plate l comes off the edge of the switch chamber 10 and pops out into the switch chamber 10. Therefore, the increased pressure in the cable room 10 passes through the hole 2a of the separating wall 2 and roughly through the opening 12.12.12 in the ceiling wall of the TTFL enclosure room 10, and is released to the outside. At this time, the pressure relief plate l pops out while rotating, so
The direction in which it pops out can be limited to some extent, and damage to the inside of the device can be reduced.

Each pressure relief plate 1. I, I, have a larger shape than the corresponding holes 2a, 2a, 2a,
And this pressure relief plate 1.1. 1 is a separation steam chamber with 2 openings and closings.
Since they are in contact from the O side, each pressure relief plate 1.
1 and 1 have a non-return structure that prevents them from entering the cable room 11.11.11. For this reason, the holes 2a, 2a of the separate type 2, which always communicate from the inside of the switch chamber 10 to the other normal cable chambers II, 11, are connected to the respective pressure relief plates 1, 1.
The increased pressure in the abnormal cable chamber 11 is not released into the normal cable chamber 11.11. An opening 12 provided in the wall of the ceiling of the switch room 10.
12. In each case, the wire mesh is attached, so the pressure relief plate l that pops out is not released to the outside of the switchgear.

In addition, in the above embodiment, projections 3, 33.
3 is provided to restrict the movement of the pressure relief plate l along the two sides of the separation wall, but bolts are attached to the four corners of the pressure relief plate 1 instead of the protrusions 3.3.3.3, and the heads of these bolts are Separating wall 2
may be engaged with the n IQg of the hole 2a.
