合するアツパーアームとをヒンジ結合し、両方の
アームに固定されたクラツチ板の噛み合いにより
アーム間の相対回転をロツクするクラツチをこの
ヒンジ部に設けるとともに、クラツチ板の噛み合
いを解除するエアシリンダを備えたことを特徴と
