栓の周辺縁断面に凹凸状の嵌合部を設け、キヤツ
プに該栓を密接状態で嵌合し得る形状の縁断面を
形成し、キヤツプに該栓を嵌合させる構造のキヤ
ツプを提案している。しかしかかる構造では栓を
キヤツプに嵌合によつて接合しなければならない
ため、接合を確実にするには抜け落ちしない様に
複雑な形状をとらざるを得ず、成形が困難であ
る。

をブレンドしたポリプロピレンとし、互いに剥離

3において、ポリプロピレン(PP)−ポリエチレ
ン(PE)、PP−EVA、PVC−PEが好適である。
なお材質は相対的に剥離強度の低い素材、すなわ
ち成形時に溶融状態で接合一体化することにより
互いに接着はしているが、引きちぎりの力によつ
て剥離し易い程度に接着している素材であればよ
いわけである。

ル内に脱落することもなく、きわめて実用的であ
る輸液用キヤツプを提供することができた。
