The coats thus formed are becoming relatively widely used because they have a good playing feel.

This can cause unevenness on the court over time, and the extent of this becomes even greater when the tips of the piles of artificial turf are worn out. This has the disadvantage that repairs are troublesome and maintenance and management costs a lot of money.

This invention was made in view of the actual situation,
It has many advantages, such as eliminating the movement of sand, that is, sand escape, preventing sand from solidifying, maintaining an excellent playing feel equal to or better than the above courts, and being much easier to maintain. The present invention seeks to fundamentally improve the prior art, especially with respect to sand consolidation and migration.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention consists of: (a) a water-permeable third layer made of asphalt concrete, etc., and (b) cushioning members of an appropriate thickness are interspersed on the upper surface of the third layer. c) a second layer formed by filling a permeable sand material or the like into the gap where the cushion member is not present, at approximately the same height as the said member; and a first layer formed by fixing a part of the back side of an artificial turf-like material which is provided and lined with water permeability to the cushion member with an adhesive or an adhesive. It is valid as a summary.

It is made up of 7mm cushion members 3 scattered almost regularly, and the net-like material 2 has relatively coarse mesh made by knitting and woven by arranging threads made of natural fibers, synthetic fibers, etc. in the warp and warp directions. The cushion member 3 is made of soft plastic such as PVC, polyethylene, etc., made of lumps arranged at approximately the same height, and is flexible and elastic. It is formed by adhering to the mesh of a rich net-like material. In the present invention, a water-permeable sand material 4 is placed in the gap where the cushion material 3 is not placed.
It will be filled to almost the same height. If the ground is somewhat uneven, you can cover the unevenness with sand, etc.

An artificial turf-like material 8 comprising a backing 7 having water permeability and a part of the back surface being coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive or an adhesive 9 applied by a roller or spray to form the cushion of the second layer. It is fixed to the material 3, and water permeability is maintained except for the fixed part. The purpose of fastening is to prevent the first layer of artificial grass from becoming loose and loosening when the coat according to the present invention is used. Furthermore, the sand material filled in the second layer has the remarkable effect of preventing its solidification and movement because it is hidden by the artificial turf-like material.

The present invention is based on the above structure, and has a structure in which a cushion body and a filling portion such as sand are placed on the upper surface of a water-permeable third layer made of granular material such as asphalt concrete. Two layers are provided, and the second layer is lightly attached to the second layer.
Sports that use this type of court, such as tennis,
The first artificial turf-like material suitable for ball games such as gateball
It has a structure that allows water to pass through easily in each layer, so that rainwater, etc. does not stay on the top surface of the first layer for a long time, and the upper two layers, especially,
Since the second layer has a cushion material, the cushioning properties of the court are extremely good.In addition, the sand material located in the second layer is covered with the cushion material and the upper part of the artificial turf lining of the first layer. It does not move and is hidden by the first layer, which prevents natural hardening and maintains a favorable condition over time.It is also easy to repair, and the exposed first layer etc. can be repaired. It has many advantages, such as being able to be replaced and repaired in a patchwork manner by cutting out only certain parts, and is extremely useful as it can be applied to many sports courts.
