Claims (1)
- 流体の出入口を有する筒形のベースと、上記筒
形のベースの一端に設けられ、上記ベースを密閉
するカバーと、上記ベース内に位置し、一端が上
記カバーに取付けられたスプリングと、上記スプ
リングの他端に一端が取りつけられ、他端にボー
ルを上記流体の入口付近に位置するように取りつ
けた支持棒と、円板形状の中心部に上記支持棒を
通し、支持棒の一端部に固定された磁性体と、上
記磁性体の取りつけ位置から、上記ボールの最大
移動距離分だけ離れた位置で上記ベース内周部に
取りつけられ、中心部が上記支持棒が移動できる
穴を持ち、コイルをドーナツ状に巻き固めた電磁
コイルと、上記電磁コイルに電流を流すため、外
部からベースの壁を通り、上記電磁コイルに接続
されたケーブルとを備えたことを特徴とする流量
調整器。
