各気泡噴出装置に流動制御弁が設けられる一方、
上記トンネル内の水流の流速検知センサが設けら
れ、同流速検知センサからの入力データに基づい
て上記水流の流速に応じた最適気泡噴出装置を演
算し、その演算値に応じて上記流量制御弁の弁開
度を設定する演算指示装置が設けられたことを特
