本考案は天井面等に直付け又はチエーン吊りす
る照明器具のカバー着脱装置に関するものであ

付加工費に費用を要していたが、これも例えば実
開昭56−68911、すなわち第3図のようにカバー
枠にパツキング1の抜け止めを工夫した手法を採
用すれば低コストでパツキング機能を実現するこ
とが可能となよた。従つてこの種の照明器具にお
いては、もしもう一方のカバー着脱部品のコスト
を一挙に下げることができれば、ほとんど防虫形
と非防虫形のコスト差はなくなり、ほとんど売価
を変えないで虫やほこりを入りにくくしたメンテ
ナンスの楽な照明器具を消費者に提供することが

いる。たとえば実公昭53−37504、すなわち第2
図の構造のものは現市場において最も多くみられ
るカバー着脱装置であるが、この部品も実施にお
いては第4図に示すように取付台2、バネ3、カ
バー取付金具4、係止枠5、ストツパー6、押ボ
タン用バネ7、押機8各2個づつ計14点と多くの
部品を要しており、さらにそれぞれの器具本体、
カバー体への締結・取付に多くの費用を要してい
る。又他の例としては第5図、第6図に示すよう
なカバー着脱装置Cもあつたが、カバー体Bの長
い辺を一点で支持することから両側のパツキング
が不確実であり、2点支持の複雑な形状に改善さ
れ高価なものとなつており、また形状からプラス
チツクの射出成形あるいは亜鉛ダイキヤストで作
られたものがあつたが、前者は安全性の面から姿
を消し、後者は安全性では問題ないが、高価なも
のになつており、防虫形、非防虫形が依然として

具4のバネ保持部19に保持して常に器具外方に

して上方一端を上記カバー取付金具4の受圧部2

する上記ランプソケツトとを備え、上記カバー取
付金具は全体がT字形に一体成形され、一端が上
記第一貫通孔を貫通して上記器具本体の外側に突
出し、その先端には別体の操作用の押ボタンが嵌
入され、他端が上記第二貫通孔に貫通して上記器
具本体の上面に突出して支持される軸部の略中央
部より下方にバネ保持部を切り起し、同中央部よ
り下方に垂下して上記器具本体の外方向に延伸し
た係止部が設けられ、この係止部より斜め下方の
内方向に受圧部を備えたものであるから、部品点
数は発条、カバー取付金具及び押しボタンそれぞ
れ各2ケの計6点という極めて簡単な構成で、し
かも透光カバーの取付けは透光カバーを上に押し
上げるだけで良く、また取外しはカバー取付金具
の外側に突出した軸部に設けられた押ボタンを内
側に軽く押すだけで良いという着脱が極めて容易
