Description
〔考案の技術分野〕
この考案は、例えばリズム楽器あるいは打楽器
等のパーカツシヨンと称される小物楽器及び付属
品を専用的に載置するに用いられる載置台に関す
る。
〔考案の技術的背景及びその問題点〕
一般に、軽音楽演奏に用いられるマラカス・ギ
ロ・チヤイム・カウベル・クラベス・ブラシ・ト
ライアングル・シルバルあるいはタンバリン等の
リズム楽器やマリンバの演奏に用いられるマレツ
ト等は、演奏者の手元あるいは足元にまとめて置
かれ、演奏曲目やリズムに応じて取り替えたり、
持ち替えたりして演奏している。
ところが、従来、このような小型のリズム楽器
あるいはマレツト等の付属品は、単に折畳み椅子
を利用するか床の上にすぐにフエルト・布等を敷
いて置かれているために、それらの載置状態が不
安定で、落下したり、あるいは素早い持ち替え動
作を必要とする際に投げ落したりすると、跳ねた
り、転がつたりするばかりでなく、椅子等の上で
直に演奏することも不可能であつた。
〔考案の目的〕
この考案は、上記の事情のもとになされたもの
で、反撥係数の低い緩衝部材を用いて小物楽器あ
るいは付属品を安定的に載置可能にした載置台を
提供することを目的としたものてある。
[考案の概要]
上記した目的を達成するために、この考案は、
打ち物を載置する載置面を有する基板と、この基
板の周囲に立設された側枠とを具備し、前記基板
の載置面及び側枠の内面に低反撥性緩衝部材を貼
設してなるとともに、この低反撥性緩衝部材は、
反撥係数が0.2以下の発泡合成樹脂製成形体で形
成してなる構成としたものである。
〔考案の実施例〕
以下、この考案を図示の一実施例に基づいて説
明すると、第1図に示すように、図中1は高さ調
整自在な三脚スタンドで、その上端部には平面矩
形の載置台2が取外し自在に取付けられている。
該載置台2は、第2図に詳図するうに、概略寸法
縦450mm・横600mm・厚さ5mmのベニヤ板からなる
基板3の載置面となる上面に厚さ約10mmの低反撥
性緩衝部材4を敷設し、かつその周囲に高さ約55
mmの木製側枠5を枠組みしてなる箱型からなると
ともに、該側枠5の外周側面にフエルトあるいは
皮革等の表面保護材6を貼設してなる構成を有す
る。また、図中7は前記側枠5の外側面に取付け
た吊支金具で、種々の小物楽器あるいは付属品を
吊支可能にしている。
ところで、上記した低反撥性緩衝部材材として
は、密度30.0±2.4Kg/m3、硬さ3.0±1.3Kg、引張
強度0.65Kg/cm2以上、伸び200%以上、引裂き強
度0.20Kg/cm以上の反撥係数eが0.2以下の発泡
合成樹脂製成形体を主体とし、必要に応じてガラ
スクロス(e≒0.94)等を表面に貼着したものを
用いてなるものである。
また、第3図はこの考案に係る他の実施例を示
し、載置台2を形成する側枠5の内周側面あるい
は上端面に低反撥性緩衝部材材41,42を設け
てなる構成を有するものである。
なお、この考案において、側枠を載置面の全周
に亘つて設けたが、側枠の一部を除いて特に大径
のシンバルや長尺物を載置可能にすることもで
き、さらにスタンドと載置台とは分解自在となつ
ている。
次に、この考案に係る載置台のノイズ(騒音)
と跳ね返り(反撥距離)を従来技術のフエルト及
びスポンジ(通常のウレタンフオーム)と比較し
て具体的に測定した結果を数値的に示す。
例えば厚さ10mmのベニヤ製からなる載置台の載
置面に同一厚さ及び面積の試料を貼着し、この載
置面に高さ400mmの位置からマレツトを自然落下
させて、載置面から1mの距離を隔てた位置から
騒音を測定した結果を下表に示す。

らに構造も簡単で組立てが容易にでき、運搬も手
軽であるなど、実用性にすぐれた効果を奏するも
のである。
