設けられたストツパ7と当接するフレーム15の
突起部6によつて決められる。即ち、該ストツパ
7は、第1、第2のアクチユエータ17,11の
作動によつて第1の押上軸8が上方に押上げられ

6と所定位置で当接するように設けられている。
