方向層間変位に追従できる如く構成されたプレキ
ヤスト.コンクリートパネルの取付装置に関する
ものである。

ンカーボルトeをアングルdに穿設した取付け孔
fに挿通し、アンカーボルトeの頭部に座金gを
嵌挿し次いでナツトhを螺着し、同ナツトhを締
付けなる構成が多かつた。

る如く構成した取付装置で、以下本考案の望まし
い実施例によりその構成を説明する。

Aにアンカーボルト1を埋設する際、アンカーボ
ルト1に嵌着した球面状座金3の周縁部が若干
PCパネルAの表面に埋没する程度にアンカーボ
ルト1に溶着固定し、同球面状座金3の球面部4
がアングル9の表面に当接する如くアンカーボル
ト1のねじ部14をアングル9の取付孔8に挿通
し、平座金5を介してナツト6の球面状頭部7が
PCパネルA側に向つてアングル9を締付固定す
る如く構成してある。

(5) 作用および効果 即ち、第1図に示した如く、従来のPCパネル
aの取付装置では地震や風圧力等によつて鉄骨躯
体bに層間変位が生じた場合、PCパネルa自体
の剛性が強く、部材変形がほとんどないためその
追従性は期待できず、また近年アングルdも補強
リブcの作用によつてアングルdの剛性も飛躍的
に向上した結果、その撓みも期待できず結局PC
パネルaの破損や脱落を防止できない欠点があつ
たが、本考案のPCパネルAの取付装置は前述説
明した如き構成により鉄骨躯体11にPCパネル
Aを取付ける装置であるため鉄骨躯体11に層間
変位が生じた場合、PCパネルA側の球面状座金
3の球面部4と鉄骨躯体11側のナツト6の球面
状頭部7が、アングル9を夫々の曲面小面積部分
で接触挟持するため摩擦が少なく円滑に可動でき
しかも、その可動範囲は360°のあらゆる方向に可
動できるため、PCパネルAの変形を吸収して鉄
骨躯体構造物の層間変位に充分追従できるもの
で、その追従できる層間変位は例えばPCパネル
Aの幅方向に発生した場合(面内方向)PCパネ
ルA側より鉄骨躯体11方向に発生した場合(面
外方向)である。また本考案のPCパネルの取付
装置は鉄骨躯体構造物に上方から下方に向けて垂
直方向に変位が発生した場合でも複数の取付装置
に於て夫々が上下方向の可動が自在で、その変位
に充分追従できる効果がある。また温度変化によ
つてPCパネルの伸縮が発生した場合でも複数の
取付装置に於て夫々が上下方向可動して充分その
変化に追従できる効果がある。更に本考案のPC
パネルのアングルの間に可動用の各種座金を配設
することがなく、PCパネルとアングルとの間隔
を最小限に止めることができるため、比較的小経
のアンカーボルトの使用が可能となるため、取付
装置の小型化が可能となり経済的にしかも構造物
の屋内面積を取付装置部分が阻害することがない
ため有効に活用できる効果がある。また講成的に
は球面状座金の球面部とナツトの球面状頭部の作
用によりアングルにPCパネルを取付ける際に
夫々の球面部に導かれてアングルの取付孔の中心
で締付けが行われるため締付作業が正確に行われ
信用性の向上につながり、更に同作用により可動
性が高いためアングルに補強リブ等を加えて剛性
を高めることが可能でPCパネルの大型化ができ
るのである。
