第２接続部とを有し、第１、第２の接続部に対向
する前記第２、第３の母線の接続端子を水平状態
に配設し、前記電圧切換金具を、その基端部を中
心に旋回させることにより、第１、第２の接続部
のいずれか一方の上記接続端子に択一的に接続し
