方へ開口する凹部3が形成される様に成形し、前
記凹部3の開口部の周縁には段部4を形成して、
この段部4に金属又は硬質合成樹脂製の蓋5を嵌
め付け、前記した凹部3の開口を閉塞して、凹部
3を後記する被覆層用の合成樹脂が流入しない空
洞とした後、この心体1を第2図に示す様に金型
6内へセツトし、キヤビテイ7へ発泡性の合成樹
脂を注入して、心体1の外側に被覆層8を形成さ
せ、中空二重成形品を完成させるものであり、前
記した凹部3内には心体1の外側へ作用する高い
成形圧に充分に耐え得る様に十字状等の補強リブ
9を配置してある。

に示す様に金型6内へセツトし、金型6内のキヤ
ビテイ7へ発泡性の合成樹脂を200Kg/cm2以上の
高圧力で注入すると、キヤビテイ7内に合成樹脂
が充填され、心体1へ前記した高い成形圧を作用
させるが、内側の凹部3がリブ9により補強され
る心体1は、前述の成形圧に充分耐えて原形を保
持するため、内部に計画通りの空洞が存在して、
使用材料の節約と製品の計量化とが計れる中空二
重品が完成されるものである。
