Abstract

PURPOSE:To constitute the title method so that more tensile force than it is required is not applied to a corner part of a skin material, by a method wherein an engagement position between a female mold and a clamp member of a male mold by placing the fringe part of the skin material between them and the surface of a base body part of a synthetic resin molded body having a bent part to be molded in this instance are set up flush with each other. CONSTITUTION:At the time of mold clamping, a clamp part 9 provided on a male mold 7 and an engagement surface 8a of a female mold 8 are engaged with each other by placing a skin material 5 between them and a bent part 3 is molded between a protrusion 7a and the clamp part 9 of the male mold 7. Then when mold clamping is completed, molten synthetic resin 10 is shaped and a synthetic resin molded body to which the skin material 5 is stuck is molded. In this instance, the surface of the clamp part 9 coming into contact with the skin material 5 becomes almost flush with the surface 2a of the base body part 2 of the synthetic resin molded body. With this construction, in the case where a corner part 4a of the synthetic resin molded body having the bent part 3 is either a right angle or an acute angle or an obtuse angle, a mount part 5a of the skin material 5 neither catches the corner part 4a nor tensile force more than it is required is applied to the corner part of the skin material 5.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention provides a synthetic resin molded body with a skin material attached thereto, the synthetic resin molded body comprising a base part and a bent part continuous to the base part, The area between the base portion and the bent portion is a joint portion, and the skin material is a bonded portion attached to the surface of the base portion and a part of the bent portion of the synthetic resin molded body, and the synthetic resin. A skin material comprising a non-adhesive part that is not adhered to the molded body, and at least a part of the joint part up to a position where the outermost line of the cross section of the bent part is a straight line is the adhering part. Using a synthetic resin molding mold of upper and lower separation type, which consists of a synthetic resin molded body having an attached bent part, a male mold, and a female mold that meshes with the male mold, the male mold and the female mold are A method for manufacturing a synthetic resin molded article having a bent part to which a skin material is attached by supplying a skin material and a molten synthetic resin between the mold and the mold, and clamping the molds together, the method comprising: The male mold has a convex portion that engages with the female mold with the skin material and the molten synthetic resin interposed therebetween, and the male mold is provided with a clamp portion, which is used to clamp the two molds together. A bent part of the synthetic resin molded body is formed between this clamp part and the convex part, and this clamp part engages with the female mold with the peripheral edge of the skin material in between when the mold is clamped. A composite material having a bent part to which a skin material is attached, characterized in that the engagement position is set at approximately the same height as the surface of the base part of the synthetic resin molded body having the bent part to be molded at this time. The above conventional problems are solved by a method for manufacturing a resin molded body.

Since the skin material is pasted only up to the above-mentioned position at the joint between the base part and the bent part, the skin material is molded with synthetic resin into the part of the pasting part that is pasted to the joint part. When pasting it on the body, it is not squeezed strongly in the direction of the bent part,
Therefore, the molded product is considered to have no defects in this area.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention provides a synthetic resin molded article to which a skin material is adhered, and the synthetic resin molded article is composed of a base portion and a bent portion connected to the base portion. The area between the bent part and the bent part is a joint part, and the skin material is attached to the adhesive part attached to the surface of the base part and a part of the bent part of this synthetic resin molded product. and a non-adhered part where the skin is not attached, and the adhesive part is at least up to the position where the outermost line of the cross section of the bent part is a straight line. Since it is a synthetic resin molded body with curved parts,
It has the following effects.

If the skin material is a fabric-based synthetic resin, the molten synthetic resin will not seep out from the corners, and if the skin material is a thin film material such as polyvinyl chloride, the corners will be stretched. It has been possible to provide a synthetic resin molded article having a bent portion to which a skin material is attached, which is adhered to the synthetic resin molded article in a state where no thinning or breakage occurs.

In addition, the method for manufacturing a synthetic resin molded body having a bent portion with a skin material attached thereto is a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin molded body with a top and bottom separated type consisting of a male mold and a female mold that meshes with the male mold. Using a mold, a skin material and a molten synthetic resin are supplied between the male mold and the female mold, and both the molds are clamped, and the synthetic resin has a bent part to which the skin material is attached. A method of manufacturing a molded body, the method comprising:
The male mold has a convex portion that engages with the female mold with the skin material and the molten synthetic resin interposed therebetween, and the male mold is provided with a clamp portion, and when the molds are clamped, the male mold has a convex portion that engages with the female mold. A bent portion of the synthetic resin molded body is formed between the clamp portion and the convex portion, and the clamp portion meshes with the female mold across the peripheral edge of the skin material during mold clamping, This engagement position is set at approximately the same height as the surface of the base portion of the synthetic resin molded body having the bent portion to be molded at this time. The bent portion has a skin material attached thereto. Since it is a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin molded article, it has the following effects.
