In FIG. 5, piping (not shown) has already been installed and fixed at one end of the large-diameter pipe 1 and the small-diameter pipe 2, creating a so-called piping hell. To connect the large-diameter pipe 1 and the small-diameter pipe 2, the large-diameter side socket 61 of the increaser 6 is inserted into the pipe end of the large-diameter pipe 1 and fixed with adhesive. A pipe fitting 4 has a mouth portion 42 and a packing groove 43 formed at the other end, and a packing ring 44 is attached to the fitting groove 43.
The relay pipe 3 was previously inserted into the socket 41 of the pipe fitting 4 in the state shown by the dotted line in FIG. It is inserted into the mouth part 62 and fixed with adhesive. Further, a socket 5 is inserted into the end of the small diameter pipe 2 and fixed with adhesive. Then, the relay pipe 3 is moved in the direction of arrow A in FIG. 5, inserted into the socket 51 of the socket 5, and fixed by adhesive. In this example, the pipe axis of large diameter pipe 1
l 1 and the pipe axis l 2 of the small diameter pipe 2 do not match.

In the conventional configuration described above, the number of members used for connection is large (for example, the number of members is 4 in the conventional example shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6), and the work required for connection is correspondingly complicated. As the length increases, it is necessary to increase the distance between the large diameter pipe and the small diameter pipe accordingly. Furthermore, there is a problem in that the ends of the relay pipes 3 and 3A on the large diameter pipe side form a step, which causes accumulation of dirt and the like.

The present invention provides a means for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems, in which the outer diameter is approximately equal to the inner diameter of the large-diameter pipe 1, the inner diameter is approximately equal to the outer diameter of the small-diameter pipe 2 to be connected to the large-diameter pipe 1, and the large-diameter The inner periphery of the opening on the side where the pipe 1 is connected is shaped like a tangle with a gently curved surface, and a packing groove 44B is provided around the outer periphery of the large diameter pipe 1 connecting side, and a rib 47B is provided on the side of the small diameter pipe 2 connecting side from the packing groove 44B. The large diameter pipe 1 connection side of the different diameter pipe joint 4B, which has a packing ring 45B attached to the packing groove 44B, is connected to the large diameter pipe 1, and the small diameter pipe 1 is connected to the large diameter pipe 1. One end of the relay pipe 3B having the same diameter as the small diameter pipe 2 is connected and glued to the inside of the pipe 2 connection side,
A different diameter pipe connecting portion is provided in which the other end of the relay pipe 3B is inserted into a socket 5B attached to the small diameter pipe 2.

In this invention, the number of parts is essentially 2 (the different diameter pipe joint and the relay pipe are glued together, so they are essentially one part), which reduces the number of parts compared to the conventional method, and it takes that much to connect. Work is also reduced and the length required for connection is also shortened. That is, in order to construct the different diameter pipe connection part of the present invention, a small diameter pipe and a relay pipe of the same diameter are connected and bonded into the different diameter pipe joint, and
Insert the different diameter pipe joint into the large diameter pipe. In this state, connect the socket to the small diameter pipe. Thereafter, the different diameter pipe joint is slid toward the small diameter pipe to connect the pipe end of the relay pipe to the socket. The packing ring attached to the packing groove of the different diameter pipe joint tightly contacts the inner wall of the large diameter pipe. The inner periphery of the opening on the side where the large diameter pipe is connected is a gently curved surface with no steps, which allows for smooth fluid flow, prevents accumulation of dirt, etc., and eliminates the need for pipe cleaning tools. .

Therefore, in the present invention, the number of parts required to connect the large-diameter pipe and the small-diameter pipe is reduced, which simplifies the construction process, and allows for an airtight connection between the large-diameter pipe and the small-diameter pipe. . Furthermore, construction can be performed even when the distance between the surfaces of the large-diameter pipe and the small-diameter pipe is narrow (short), making it possible to connect in a narrow place. Furthermore, when installing new piping, workability can be improved by simultaneously performing piping work from both the downstream and upstream sides and applying the different diameter pipe joint of the present invention to the point where the two meet. In addition, compared to conventional spear joints, the different diameter pipe joints of the present invention are more compact, making them easier to handle, taking up less inventory space, and making inventory management easier. There was no supply of cleaning supplies. Furthermore, even if the diameter difference between the large diameter tube and the small diameter tube is large, the wall thickness does not increase, material is saved, injection molding is possible, and the tube has sufficient strength even without the wall thickness.

The present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, in which 1 is a large diameter pipe, and 2 is a small diameter pipe to be connected to the large diameter pipe 1. 4B is a pipe joint with different diameters, defined by a locking step 43B,
A socket portion 4 having an inner diameter approximately equal to the outer diameter of the small diameter pipe 2
1B and a lug-shaped opening 42B extending from the socket 41B with a gently curved surface, and has an outer diameter approximately equal to the inner diameter of the large diameter pipe 1, and has an outer diameter on the large diameter pipe 1 connection side of the outer periphery, i.e. There is a packing groove 4 on the opening 42B side.
4B is provided around the periphery, and a packing ring 45B is attached to the packing groove 44B. Furthermore, in consideration of injection molding when there is a large diameter difference between the large diameter pipe and the small diameter pipe, there is a hollow part 46B divided by a plurality of ribs 47B on the outer circumferential side where the small diameter pipe 2 is connected.
is formed. In addition, the gently curved shape of the inner circumference of the opening 42B smooths the flow of fluid within the pipe and prevents the accumulation of dirt. This prevents the knots from becoming loose and prevents damage or breakage in the pipeline due to such tension.
