囲部で外側から流過タンク内に突入し、流過タン
ク内を流過する糊に触れるようにした構成のもの
が一部に知られている。しかるに上記のもので
は、ポンプがそれに相応する糊量をタンクから取
出し、かつ接続ホースと接続スリーブとを介して
管内に搬送する形式で働き、この場合、糊は傾斜
した管内を下方に向つて流れタンクに帰流する構
造となつており、糊が流過管内の決つた適正な部
位を常に定流量の連続流として流過するとは限ら
ず、また時には断続流或は脈流を生ずることもあ
りうるために、上記流過管内に突入している糊付
円盤に断えずむらなく適正な糊量を付与させるこ
とは望めなく、付着糊量が不均一かつ不安定とな
ることは避けられなかつた。さらに流過タンクで
ある管は内部を糊が流過する関係で先下り傾斜状
または垂直状となす必要があり、従つて糊付円盤
及び糊付けしようとする物の位置方向状態に制約

に行われる。なお上記制御筒7のスリツト通孔
a′通過時に掻除かれた余剰の糊は制御筒7内を下
方に排出される。次にかくして被糊付物11の糊
付面に厚みt2の糊を付着授与して外周端面の付着
糊がなくなつた糊付円盤4はさらに順次回転して
行くが、この場合厚みt2の糊は被糊付物11の糊
付面に完全に付着授与されるとは限らず、多くは
ごく一部の糊が連続的または点在的に付着した

御筒8のスリツト通孔bを通過した後次のスリツ

つて再び糊付部位で流出管3から繰出される新し
い糊が厚みt1の層に付着付与されて行くという具
合に上記作用を繰返すものである。なお上記制御
筒8のスリツト通孔b′を通過する時に掻き取られ
た余剰の糊も制御筒8内を下方に排出されるもの
である。また制御筒7を適宜右左に回動すること
によりスリツト通孔a,a′を加減でき、糊付円盤
4外周端面の付着糊層の厚みt1,t2を調整できる
