取付ネジが少しでも緩むと、ストツパープレート
aはこれに係合しているラツチボルトに押されて
摺動し、位置ずれが生ずるため、取付ネジを再度
緊締する前に、調節し直す必要があつて不便であ
り、後者にあつてもラツチボルトが係合する受座
副体が受座基体に対して水平方向の長孔に案内さ
れるクランプ手段(ネジ)を介して前後摺動でき
るように構成したものであるから、前者と同じく
クランプ手段(ネジ)が緩むと、受座副体がラツ

めてラツチボルトAが固定板1の嵌合口12に嵌
合した状態を観察し、可動板3の係合部31とラ
ツチボルトAとの間にどの程度の隙間があいてい
るかを記憶した後、扉を開き、ネジ5をドライバ
ーで緩めながらケーシング2の長孔22に沿うて
移動させると可動板3も傾斜した長孔32の縁部
か押されて水平方向に摺動するから、この摺動距
離を前述の記憶しておいた寸法と一致させ、この
位置でネジ5を締め付ければ可動板3は適正な位
置で固定されることになる。

という手段を使用したため、一旦可動板の位置を
調節しておけば、従来技術を利用した可動受金具
のようにネジの緩み及びネジの緩みによるガタ付
きは全く生じないもので、長期に亘つて安定した
状態で使用でき、また、可動板の位置調節の際も
長孔同士が逆方向に傾斜しているので、ネジの僅
かな移動だけで可動板を大きく移動させることが
でき、調節作業も容易に行える等実用的効果多大
である。

ガイド片33,33は必須不可欠の要件ではない。
